Outstanding Customer Support from Hiten
I had the pleasure of working with Hiten on my recent CaratLane order, and I truly appreciate the support he provided throughout the entire process.
My order required backend processing because the POP redemption could not be completed through the website. As a result, the ordering process took nearly four hours. Despite the lengthy process, Hiten remained patient, professional, and courteous from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions, coordinated with his team multiple times, kept me updated throughout the process, and even obtained a special exception that allowed me to redeem my full POP benefit.
His communication was clear, he never rushed the conversation, and he genuinely made every effort to help me have the best possible experience. Although I believe the backend ordering process itself could be improved to make things easier and faster for customers, Hiten's service was excellent and deserves recognition.

The product promptly arrived in the expected time with UPS signature on delivery option. The necklace was neatly packed and looks so beautiful! I recommend this service.

I exchanged an earring that I bought earlier and got the same earrings. I didnot get full amount to exchange as other stores so I kind of lost some money there.
