Classic Baby Nazaria Gold Bracelet – This is the product my complaint relates to.
I am reaching out because I am extremely disappointed with how my order has been handled and the lack of support I have received.
When I placed my order, I carefully selected an 18KT bracelet in the 6.25-inch size from your website. That option was available, and I completed my purchase based on the information displayed during checkout. As a customer, I trusted that the options shown on your website were accurate.
After placing my order, I noticed that my order confirmation listed a 14KT bracelet instead of the 18KT bracelet I had selected. I immediately contacted your chat support and shared screenshots showing what I had selected before placing the order.
Initially, I was told that the team was checking the issue. Later, I was informed that the 6.25-inch size was not available in 18KT and that what I had selected must have been the result of a website issue or system lag. I was also told that if the team could generate a SKU, they would place the order for the 18KT bracelet. After waiting for updates, I was informed that it was not possible because the 18KT 6.25-inch size does not exist.
While I appreciate that the support representative tried to help, this explanation is very frustrating. I did not make a mistake when placing my order. I selected exactly what your website allowed me to select. If there was an error on the website, that was completely outside of my control. I relied on the information presented to me when making my purchase.
To make matters worse, I have also tried contacting your U.S. customer support by phone ( +1 (844) 922-2728 ) on 5 separate occasions. Every time I called, I was transferred to voicemail with a message saying that a representative would return my call. Despite leaving my information multiple times, I have never received a callback. This has left me with no meaningful way to resolve my issue.I am asking your team to provide a fair resolution.
I have screenshots of the product selection, my order confirmation, and my conversations with your support team, all of which show that I placed my order based on what was displayed on your website.
I hope we can resolve this matter quickly and fairly. I look forward to your response.

Disappointing delivery time
I placed the order on 26 April, and the item was delivered on 29 June. When I checked with the customer care team, they offered me two options: either choose another design with quick delivery or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
