SCAM

Today, we officially reported caralamclock.store to the police in both Denmark and Georgia, as we paid for an item over a month ago that has never arrived.
Unfortunately, Dimitri has failed to respond to any of our attempts to contact him, whether by email, phone, or their online chat.
We therefore have no choice but to consider this a scam.

We’re sorry that this situation has reached this point, but we would like to clarify a few important facts for anyone reading this review.
This order has not been abandoned, and we have been in communication with the customer regarding the delay. The delay was caused by an unexpected shipping/customs issue in Georgia, where a large batch of more than 50 of our packages was returned because of components used in the products. We have had to modify the affected items and arrange shipment again.
We have explained this situation directly to the customer and offered to take their item back to the post office, register the shipment, and provide a tracking number. Unfortunately, international shipments from Georgia are very limited and our available shipping route dispatches only once per week.
We completely understand the customer’s frustration. Waiting longer than expected for a paid product is frustrating, and we take responsibility for the delay. However, we strongly disagree with describing this as a scam. We are a small handmade business, the customer’s order exists, and our intention remains to fulfill and ship it.
We are not asking anyone to ignore this customer’s experience. We only want people reading this review to have the full context and understand the difference between a serious shipping/customs problem and intentionally taking someone’s money without delivering a product.
We will continue working to resolve the order and provide tracking once the shipment is registered.
