VERY Long waiting time for parcel

1. Very Hard to comunicate with seller!
It's impossible to send an email to them using for example yahoo.
You need to try contact them by their website!
2. Very long waiting time for parcel 3 to 4 weeks even within UK!
3. Seller have sent info to me with tracking number saying its Royal Mail tracking number which was not true. Because of that I thought it was a scam.
The parcel was sent by InPost/Yodel and it was their tracking number(but I find out when the parcel finally arrived to my house and i have checked the front label of the package )
