Not delivering orders

I ordered a chain for 100€ 2 months ago. Still haven’t got it, and cant get in touch with their customerservice e-mail

Looks exactly like the pictures and is perfect for presents. I bought it for my boyfriend and he loved it too! Also the customer service is really quick to answer and very forward coming! 10/10

Very helpful and kind customer service when they helped me with an exchange for a bracelet because it wasn’t the right size. That was no problem at all.

These chains are pretty good. I have bin with them true salt water, sant, swimming pools and mud and it keeps the color and didn’t got green neck of it

I ordered a gift that was supposed to arrive in 2 days, it arrived after more than a month, literally badly packed and without any box as it should have been in addition to no longer serving the product.

Really good and helpful support. Got a new chain delivered for free, after one was broken in the first delivery. Well done.

Dont buy anything there, it is an scam, they supposed to give your product in a 1-2 day and I stay more than 2 weeks, they told me that they gave me the product the 4th december and it is fake, I contact them and they told me again that the order is in process, they only drizzy me and the product never arrives.

They confirmed a refund for returned product in the beginning, but then, no answer/follow up for weeks…
Stay away from that company!

One year After they are reaching out to me haha their strategy now to get rid off all negative comments!?

Ordered something in oktober and they have taken the money without sending anything! Not replying to emails! Don’t buy here it’s huge scam site.

scam page, i ordered a chain, bracelet and ring at the beginning of october and still havent received anything. they havent been replying to emails, then at some point said there would be a refund issued within 10 days but it never came and they never replied to emails again

This company is a scam and please no one order from them , I ordered from the on the 6th of Nov which till now 24 days exactly to wait for my order and more than that I have been waiting for them for a while to answer my emails , I paid around 193£ and I'm telling them either to send my goods or just give me my money back but they are not responding even to my emails , I don't recommend anyone to order from the with is service I paid on the 6th and till now it says that my order status is Unfulfilled, I have all the evidence for this review if needed but this company is a total scam
