In order to provide feedback and address your points, I have to say that nothing on your website was difficult to find. Quite the opposite. Everything was super easy and clearly laid out. Even my watch, which I ordered yesterday, was easy to find.
I chose you because you are cheaper than the "Cainté" brand, even though you sell the same products, and I chose you based on their aesthetics.
When shopping online, I particularly value how quickly the delivery arrives, how the product is reviewed by buyers, and whether it is well-received.
Order delivery and poor communication
I have ordered a watch for my partners birthday as he loved the look of it. I ordered the watch and been over 2 weeks. Keep getting silly updates but no real confirmation of where my parcel is! I have contacted the customer support team twice now through her contact system on the website but no one is responding. I hope something can be sorted as it still isn’t an inexpensive watch, I’m finding it frustrating that no one has responded back to me or communicated with me. Please can I have some answers!

Broken bracelet replaced
The bracelet is very beautiful. However, on the first day, the bracelet broke immediately, with no weird handling or anything. After i send a photo of the bracelet, they send me a new bracelet as replacement.

Beste Carder, ik zou mijn geld moeten terug krijgen bij retourneren of omruilen voor het juiste van wat ik besteld heb.
Carder bood eerst 10% korting en uiteindelijk zelfs 70%. Terwijl ik recht heb 100% omdat ik niet de fout heb gemaakt.

Unbelievable and unacceptable delivery…
Unbelievable and unacceptable delivery time, they are lying on their website. I ordered 3 weeks ago, and still no information. I received confirmation of shipping the order but the website clearly doesnt show any information of the shipped order. Their response is very shallow, that they take it seriously but they really dont care. This is a bad drop shipping company, they have nice design but thats all.

The quality of all products that I‘ve tested so far (mostly chains and bracelets) is extraordinary good, especially for its price. I‘ve been wearing some pieces for months now and there‘s not even a small stain or flaw even though I wore it while swimming or sweating. The support is also very kind and accommodating + they reply really fast. It also didn‘t take long for the pieces to arrive because my package arrived after 5 days after I ordered it.
All in all I‘d say I had a excellent experience with Carder Amesterdam and I would really recommend it :).

The staff usually replies to emails within a few hours, but STRANGELY, ever since I received the package with a €150 WATCH MISSING inside, they’ve completely disappeared. I hope you can resolve this NOT small problem—until then, I’ll be giving you one star. I originally had a disappointing experience with my order from CARDER — the package arrived incomplete (the tool was missing), and there were confusing discrepancies between the advertised warranty and the actual terms. Communication was also inconsistent at first, coming from different email addresses.
After some back-and-forth and eventually opening a PayPal Buyer Protection case, CARDER responded more clearly and professionally. They ultimately provided a full refund, which I’ve now received. I appreciate that the issue was resolved and that the tone of communication improved significantly at the end.
While I hope future customers won’t need to go through the same process, I acknowledge CARDER’s willingness to correct the situation.
3 stars for now – a fair resolution in the end, but only after persistent follow-up.
