Please bear with as this will be a longish review
I use now Fuji cameras and so bought Capture One for Fuji. I have used other camera makes in the past but as I now use just Fuji I bought the above.
On trying to download pictures I could only find 66 pictures available for download. Oddly most of the pictures I could import were not actually taken on Fuji cameras. My pictures are saved in MAC photos and I have around 3000 of them. All my pictures are catalogued into albums. One of those albums is called family photos and there are 249 of them all taken on an old Nikon D80. Should have mentioned that these are old photos that I retook onto to digital and in one sitting. Of the 66 picture I could download some were the family pictures. I have no idea why some of these should be available for download but not others. This is an example of how odd this whole thing is.
I have spent since April 2020 until now July 2020 contacting Capture One to try to sort this out. It has taken 2 customer service representatives to try to sort this out but to no avail. The latest emails have said that there is a glitch and the case has been raised with technical but the likelihood of it being fixed in the near future is remote. Also I have been told that a refund will not be given as the authorisation code I have has been activated (even though it doesn’t work). I will take this further. I would, however, be very wary of buying this product because, if like me you have these problems you will have wasted your money in my case £208.

A Luxury

It's good, but not £400 worth of good. Eyewateringly overpriced. You could buy ON1, Luminar4 and Affinity Photo and have a better portfolio of photo editors and still come away with pockets jangling. It's dearer than Photoshop for Photographers which is saying something.
