We took our van in for a bed repair 2 weeks previously and unfortunately due to the age of our bed the spare required was unavailable but we were shown how the bed could still be used which we were fine with. The following week we received an email to say that a spare part had been found and if we popped in we could have it fitted. This we did and now we have the bed functioning as new. Excellent customer service and great staff. Would highly recommend A+++

Contacted Captain seat with regards to a problem we had with our bed that we had from them around 6 years ago. We booked a visit with them for the next Saturday morning and the bed was repaired free of charge which to me is exceptional customer service. We cannot recommend them highly enough. A+++ service.

From start to finshed captain seats where so helpfull very knolagble even with a short time frame due to my travel up window. they got my new seats ready just how I wonted them they look and feel amazing. I am so so happy with them defo be travelling the 200 plus miles again to get my bed done just like the front seats

Would definitely recommend this company. I had a M1 tested reverse rock and roll bed fitted in my T5. The seats look amazing! Im so impressed with the quality. It's really simple to turn into the bed... No faffing! The guys themselves were great. Good communication and very welcoming when I arrived. Only took about 30-40mins to fit. Will be saving up to have the front seats done soon too

Arriving late and realizing I'd missed confirming my booking, I braced myself for disappointment. But the team at Captains Seat Ltd turned it into a pleasant surprise! They not only replaced my van's front seats efficiently but also surprised me with custom-made headrests that matched my preferences perfectly. Their dedication and talent were truly inspiring.

I sent photos of my front seats and asked if they could provide a full size r/r bed in the same material.
2 weeks later I have just collected the perfect match .
A big thank you to the whole team and I appreciate that I turned up early and they fitted it for me before my allocated time.

A great experience from start to finish. I placed the order over the phone with Chris and he was so helpful all the way through the process. The team were so polite and efficient when fitting the bed and front seats.
The upholstery is flawless and I’m really impressed by the strength of their legless bed. I had a slight scratch on one of my exchange seat trims and they sent me out a replacement the same day! These guys really pride themselves in their customer service, I can’t recommend them enough.

Got a pair of front seats supplied and fitted with Captain Seats. The seats were exactly as per specification and the fitting was done quickly and smoothly.

I had a lot of questions pre sale and the team were more than happy to help, offering suggestions and support. Very happy with these seats and will be recommending to a few other friends with campervans!

I had my VW T5 seats and bed done and I’m so pleased with the outcome brilliant job. I went for leather and it so soft and a comfortable and look great.

Absolutely made up with the service I received from these guys, from start to finish. Quality product and so comfy….can not recommend them enough. I tried so many other guys closer to home but went with my gut and I was Wright definitely worth the 5 hour round trip!!!

These guys have just recovered my transit camper front seats in black nappa leather.
The experience from start to finish couldn’t have gone better with help and advice in advance on what options to choose, through to the drop off and collection of my van.

Fantastic company, great staff, great communication through Joe and Elliott and George was there to educate me on the manufacturing of products on pre visit and the day of fitting. Travelled from West Wales and was not disappointed. We had 2 captain seats and a rock and roll bed re-upholstered to real leather with red inserts. Fantastic job, well done to all the staff involved they do a very detailed and professional job 👏👏👏. Would definitely recommend going there before doing any van conversions, or other vehicle upholstery changes. They produce excellent quality rock and roll beds and their advice alone is well worth the initial phone call. Very well done to all at Captain Seats 👍👍👍
