These people are a scam from India.
Pay upfront and they take your curtain and do a " runner".
Avoid.

I think this is a scam. I hope it can be shut down so that others are not lured in by the website and robbed.
A man came to my friend's home and quoted $703 to take the curtains away, clean them, and return and rehang them. My friend paid in full. Three weeks later, after several promises to return the curtains at specific times, followed by non-appearances, my friend has no curtains and has lost $703. It's outrageous that they can take advantage of a vulnerable person this way.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a complete scam avoid them like the plague. They ruined my curtains after bleaching them, took my money (cash) and now cannot be contacted. I have reported them to the Department of Fair Trading but they have come back saying they can do nothing as all their attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Now it’s up to me to try and lodge a complaint with NCAT to try and get at least the $370 I paid for them to ruin my curtains.

This company is a SCAM - stole both the curtains and the money. They are known to Police and are wanted for both Theft and Fraud. Don't get sucked in with their Web Presence - they have the technology to make you think they're professional but they are just a front for a SCAM OPERATION. Doesn't matter if you're in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne (or anywhere else they say they have outlets) they have minions everywhere who must take a cut of the takings.

The company has stolen our money and our curtains. They wanted the whole fee upfront initially but we said we'd pay half now and half when the curtains come back, but they havent been returned after 6 weeks and numerous chase-up phone calls which are mostly unanswered or we get hung up on very quickly.
They were custom made curtains so we're now out by over $3000.
I have reported them to Fair Trading. They are scammers as far as I can see. Do not use this company.

I was quoted a ball park figure for curtain steam cleaning per drop. The cleaner arrived promptly but said I needed them treated for mould. This was OK but doubled the price. He offered a further 'deep clean' level at a further biggish price elevation but assured me that the mould treatment would remove most of the mould after a few hours. It did not and my curtains are still dotted all over with mould. The mobile number on the invoice does not work. I phoned the number on the website and three times the guy said they would get back to me in a day or two. I have heard nothing, paid a lot of money and still have mouldy curtains.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A lesson learned they require you to pay upfront with a direct trf from your bank to the company bank. You do not know this until they have taken the curtains down and are ready to be taken away. This means it is impossible to get your money back. My bank contacted them many times and they did not acknowledge the banks correspondence. The next course of action was to be litigation.
They took my curtains away and it took 10 weeks for them to be returned, they promised many times that they would be delivered and the delivery never took place. They do not return phone calls, the area manager never responded and blocked my number even though I left very polite messages asking for updates on what was happening with absolutely no response. They finally bought them back, with no contact in a rubbish bag and dumped them in the foyer. Advising me they had been delivered the previous day. I had camera footage checked and they delivered them the following day. Fortunately for me they were not thrown out. However the contract with them was to remove, clean, mould protect and re hang. I had to hang them and they are badly creased, they are clean.

Sick of following up when my curtain will be delivered
Broken promises a number of times and no one calls back
It has been 3 weeks to do a simple job !

I can't believe other 5* reviews. They dumped my curtains in a pile on my front step. I was home!!! They would have seen the front door open and the car in the drive plus they had my phone number. They were also supposed to rehang them. I phoned to complain and got the brush off. Trust them at your peril!!!!!!!
