Beware of this company

Beware of this company. They bought an electrical bathroom fan via ebay from myself and returned a broken fan with a different serial number on it. So if thats what there like, then be warned.

EV Charger described wrongly

Purchased a EV Charger described as a Wallbox, upon receipt I arranged for it installing, within 2 months it was installed however the unit would not connect via the BlueTooth as such it could not be setup due to the hardware issue and faulty unit. When asked to refund, replace I was refused a replacement or refund due to it being over 30 days since order, what a terrible service. Capriocorn just pointed me to the manufacturers and gave no support. When looking at the unit I was shipped it was a Fisker branded wallbox not as described, this was not what Was described in the sale. FISKER I s a company who went bankrupt in the US and sold all their liquidated stock, I suspect the hardware in them was only suitable to Fisker hence why it was faulty
I would not recommend this company to anyone,rip off merchants.

Communication poor & disorganised

This review was edited several times due to the poor communication by Capricorn. Ordered in September we received our order in December & during that period communication was so poor that as a customer you had the distinct feeling something was not right.

Absolutely would not have had any problem with waiting for this order, the problem was the chaotic communication or lack of.

Miracles apparently do happen at Christmas & it was fantastic to eventually receive the order & the products look great.

Bought from Amazon however it was not…

Bought from Amazon however it was not suitable for our needs (not their fault) however when we unpacked it, realised it was not suitable so repackaged carefully and returned it were accused of installing it - which we had not and then they also stated it had been used. Had to take to dispute with Amazon to get our money back so really disappointing - To answer your response the item was bought it August but the dispute took so long it was not until September that it was resolved. We did not even unwrap the product fully as the electrician stated we needed an earth pole which was not part of the packaging and I was unaware this pole was a requirement when ordering. Therefore you supplied a previously returned product from someone else to us as we can 100% guarantee we did not attempt to install this product which is why we feel so strongly about the negative response we had via Amazon and that you never attempted to talk to us directly.

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave the review. you purchased the item in September, we shipped this out to you, however when we received the item back there were visible brik dust in the holes that are used to fix to the wall, as well as multiple scratches on the unit, we have photos and sent them off to Amazon who did not issue a refund out of our funds, also an a-z claim was raised by yourselves that was settled by Amazon in our favour.
