Refusing to refund a lampshade which arrived damaged and bent, wrapped in no more than a black liner! The rudest company I have ever dealt with. Purchased via Amazon who are no better at dealing with customer complaints. Stick to the high street....see exactly what you're getting!

Unhelpful, aggressive, obstructive.
I made an order on b&q, the order was immediately cancelled and marked as “returned”. Ok, perhaps there was a technical issue or stock issue.
I re-ordered the items , only one was delivered. When I raised this issue, they were incredibly unhelpful and obstructive. Accusing me of lying. I have escalated this as a complaint, and I am at present still out of pocket for the item not delivered. Avoid if possible. B&q should remove them as a vendor. .
Waste of Time
Ordered through B&Q and after waiting 7 days I received a refund notification with the reason given as "Customer changed mind", which was completely untrue. I contacted them to chase up what was happening, but only received a "refund issued" message, with no explanation of why we didn't receive our order. We will be shopping elsewhere and will also think twice about ordering through B&Q while they are using this supplier.

Which I ordered 14th September 2025.
Despite emails being sent from me to them. The best they could do was send a tracking number. Which I already had. This number told me items not sent.

Same problem as many people who have made the mistake of ordering via the B&Q marketplace and ended up with Caprican. I had notification from Caprican that my order had been despatched via Royal Mail, but the tracking number shows that Royal Mail have not received it. Misleading in the extreme. Have contacted Caprican and B&Q for a refund.......watch this space for an update

Ordered item through B&Q. It has not been delivered. When contacted through B&Q website all I get back, 8 times so far, is the same identical message that the item was delivered at such time on such date. I have constant CCTV operating and it confirms no delivery was ever made. Do not use this B&Q Market Place company

Beware potential scam company
Beware potential scam company ! Apparently a B&Q verified seller !Thought I was ordering directly from B&Q! Item ordered did not arrive couldn’t track through Evri courier as it doesn’t seem like they’ve received it. I have rang B&Q who has escalated the complaint! Tried messaging seller to enquire where my order is. Had several messages back , initially saying that wasn’t what I’d ordered! I replied with screen shot of order as proof! Then had another saying that it has been delivered, which it clearly hasn’t. Then a very glib message “will look into it tomorrow”😤. Ridiculous . Will be calling B&Q again to request full refund.

False advertising
False advertising. The nonslip plastic hallway runner is so slippery it can't be used.
I have been sent the same automated response for all correspondence.
I've sent several emails asking for the returns procedure and complaints procedure. I only get one response. Return it in the original condition.
This was through B&Q, be careful to check the reviews of companies they use. It made me wary of even buying in store from B&Q.

Fool me twice
Twice I have ordered through this company but through an online trusted seller like B&Q or Onbuy and twice they haven't sent my order. The first time they said it was shipped 48 hour with Royal Mail and a week later I hadn't received it so I contacted B&Q who were very helpful but then Caprican just cancelled my order and refunded me with no explanation. The second time through Onbuy they said they were waiting for some of my order to come through but didn't communicate this from the start. So I said I was happy to wait but you might want to let your customers know this so they know where they stand. Then again they cancelled my order a few days later. Shocking customer service, please avoid.
