this is my 4th caple steem oven the first 2 leaked and damaged the cupboard the 3rd one lasted 12 years the first 3 were so109 when working brilliant i hope the new one so111ss last longer

I do not own a Caple product. I am writing this review to let everyone know that this company has great customer service. First of all, if you email them, someone will respond. I had a conversation with Olivia Howse, and although she was not able to help me because it turned out the sink in question was not actually a Caple product, she went above and beyond in her attempts to help. These days, that is very impressive. Rest assured that you will be in good hands if you chooses to work with this company!

I needed new strainer plugs and didn’t want cheap ones that didn’t fit and leak so decided to buy directly from the supplier of the sink
I needed 2 but bought 3 so that I didn’t have to pay postage and now have a spare. They came quickly packaged really well and I was advised all the way

Have had an amazing kitchen, but then moved house so now I need a new one! So far I have replaced the oven and am hoping to get a whole new kitchen. Great appliances and the units are really good. Would recommend!

I somehow lost the logo overflow cover .
I contacted caple customer services on Monday, and received a free replacement one today.
