refusal of credit card !!!!
as a portfolio landlord , after 20 year in many businesses and being a private banking customer with lloyds ,and having a harrods amex and lloyds cc with 25k limit ,i applied for a cc with capital
they obviously check credit ratings mine is 999 etc and verify with other institutions yet i was denied i mean WHY ? what makes u think your special ?
its very confusing to say the least !
i dont want an apology on here or you to say your sorry some generic comments /repiles i want to know the exact reason so i can rectify it !
also sending a genric refuse email doesn't help me to apply again in six month if u cant say what wrong ??
r u there to help customers or rip them off for big profits to share holders . i have read many of your negative reviews you do seem like an terrible company .
Services at lloyds and amex are far superior .
i wont be reapplying .

Took seconds to set up
Such an easy account to set up! Took minutes, good comms and security. As soon as my account was activated I was then able to set up a business savings account. The app and desktop sites are excellent and easy to use. The rewards and perks are also good, I will be recommending Cap on Tap to others. My Accountant recommended it to me!
