Capital golf delivered the wrong item, I understand mistakes happen. But, after weeks of chasing I was eventually provided a return label which the post office were unable to scan so I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I was told not to worry, I would be refunded. I finally received a refund but, only for the wrong item, not even the original delivery cost. So I am out of pocket for capital golf delivering the wrong item. I tried contacting and explaining numerous times but, to no avail. Terrible service and customer care, I will not be ordering anything from capital golf ever again.

Ordered online which was obviously easy enough, but I have sent a few emails asking for delivery update and I haven’t received one reply which is really poor. Also it has been two weeks since I ordered and no delivery as of yet. Poor customer service!!!

Love the website looks amazing. I would on the other hand change your delivery company. No notification on when my product would arrive. I then checked the mail and I had a note saying we will try again to post it after the weekend. DPD rubbish

Charged twice for delivery of two items in one package to Australia. Contacted Capital Golf and fobbed off with excuses about being upgraded to DHL Express to which I never agreed nor acceded. Silence since. Customer experience poor. Would not recommend
