What a waste of time this company is?
I was asked what boiler we have,told them put on hold,12 minutes later,call was cut off.
Phoned them numerous times over 2 days,had no reply,text message back apologising for missed call,advised to call back never answered then text again to call back.
Day 3. Called them,no answer,text message to call back,once again no answer,text message,apologies not eligible for grant,what a waste of space this company is.
Do not use them,No Potential Customer Relations.
Further to my Initial Review,I was called 2 weeks ago about my Negative Review.
Explained couldn't talk as receiving treatment in Hospital,asked to amend Review.
Now received response for my published review on 15/10/2025,
Has Amazon Web Service been down for so long?
Come on treat all who enquire the same as potential customers,don't leave us hanging.
I say this as a Sole Director(Retired) of a successful removal company.
Treat all with courtesy and respect all.

Hi Kenneth, I am sorry to hear about your experience, having looked into this further, I have found that it was during the outage of the Amazon web services which rendered our phones and most of our systems unusable.
