capital-exchange.net is a scammer website. i invested $50 (ethereum)in basic plan which promised to give 20% after 12 hours. I got $60 in my account. i made withdrawal of $10 and rest of the $50 was reinvested. Again i was returned $60. i again made withdrawal of $10 but this time withdrawal was not processed. I contacted the ceo on whats up and he told me that i was not suppose to reinvest in basic plan. i asked him the solution and he said you have to invest $50 again to resolve this issue, he assured me. I again made $50 payment through ethereum. Now here the game he played. He said i am trying to fix the issue but the system does not allow it. I said i will open new account and u send that $50 so that i can start again but he insisted me to pay $80 more to fix this issue. I refused because these tactics are used by scammers. He said our business is regulated by u.k govt. but i was unable to find any proof of document of regulation on their website. I asked that ceo to return my money but he refused and also blocked my account. I belong to middle class family and i kept that money to buy medicine.i invested to make some money. But this dirty scammer took away my money in his pocket and now he does not respond. This website owner is a thief. i warn all the people please do not invest in their program. They are not regulated and they pay to the old investors by taking money from new investors. They will run away anytime. how i will buy my medicines now.But i will not sit silent and keep awaring people to get alert and complain to cybercrime department.
