Nothing bad to say about this broker. It is regulated to begin with, which removes the majority of safety issues right off the bat.It provides access to multiple financial markets using different trading platforms.
All in all a proper intermediary for all types of traders out there 🔥

I like the provided trading platform and trading conditions in general, but I think there could be little more assets to trade.

As soon as you get acquainted with this broker it becomes obvious that it stands for diversity in everything.
Starting from asset classes to the additional trading tools and analytics.
Basically it’s a self-sufficient trading environment.

The broker's integrated tools are a good assistance to all the traders including me.
Other than that I didn't find anything that would distinguish this broker from others. It offers similar services with similar conditions.

My experience using CAPEX for DMA: The mobile app continuously crashes, and positions get closed unexpectedly causing losses in the hundreds of $$$. The web app also shows incorrect figures and sometimes creates duplicate positions.
Support ignores your email requests and just sends automated responses that the request was forwarded to the relevant team. Contacting on the phone never works as you are always on hold listening to music. Thanks, Capex but as soon as I cash out on my positions I'll be out. I do not recommend using this platform for DMA as it is extremely unstable, severely limited and customer service simply don’t care.

Update: don't get carried away with the response below. They received my details but didn't bother to contact me. Furthermore, I discovered that the reporting feature on their platform plays with the numbers and doesn't reveal you're true earnings. I contacted them about this but they tried to fob me off. I'm currently lodging a complaint with the Financial Regulatory Authority.

I have tried trading both on the broker's web platform and on a platform that you have to download to your computer and install.
Each platform has advantages and disadvantages. So choose whichever one you want.

My capex account is almost two months and it’s more than enough to realize that this broker is no joke.
The fact that there are whole portfolios that all the clients of the company are eligible to invest in, puts this entity ahead of the industry peers by a mile.

Everything is okay with Capex, starting from the basic regulations that allow me to trade confidently without any second thought. and ending with the great number of markets that you can make profits.
Maybe one thing that potentially can repel the part of the brokers, especially not so seasoned, is substantial minimum depo to place into.

I bet this is the reliable broker, because I already figured out all the peculiarities about it. Conditions are nice and trading platform is working stable.

Cool features for equity traders

If there’s one thing a broker must not cut corners on is security. Therefore, you can get an indication of a broker’s seriousness judging by this. Capex passed this test easily. With that said, this punctiliousness is not always completely positive. It was not easy for me to open an account and get verified. Surely, I know I’m in good hands, but I have a feeling they can make these procedures a bit smoother.

I would like to say it is a nice broker. Whether you have a trading experiance or not - you will be satusfied with quality of services because it is on the high level.

Really professional. Trust worthy in withdrawal. I had great experience. But the problem is nobody gives any sort of advice to trade. I get calls once in a blue moon.

The broker is good for me. It executes its duties well. I never expect special things from brokers such as very big bonuses or points for activity. I just want to be confident that I can withdraw earnings at any time.

Tener cuidado, esta empresa utiliza estrategias para quemar cuentas, envían los análisis de mercado con 9 horas de retraso, es decir después de 9 horas de ver el mercado operando, ellos te envían un análisis y te hacen creer que son expertos y lo que hacen es decirte lo que ya pasó en esas 9 horas, los avisos de movimiento te los envías 2 horas después que ha pasado así que son unos estafadores y si eso no te convence solo realiza una operación y dejala el fin de semana abierta y te darás cuenta que mueven el precio a su conveniencia, yo acabo de cerrar una operación de Petróleo en venta, entre a 85.70 y bajo a 84.30 a las 8:50 del 14 de noviembre y me cerró con pérdidas de 1.70 euros, cuando debió darme 22 euros de ganancias, y como esa más de 40 operaciones así que me han robado más de 3000 euros,no hay forma de ganar dinero en esa empresa,son unos estafadores, ya les denuncie a la CNMV , además les denunciaré a la Policía Nacional la semana próxima..Beware

the UI design reminded me another famous trading resource. it's kinda a good method to attract clients, I fell for it :D
everything is ok, MT5 trading platform, plus webtrader and mobile app. nothing is surprising and works the way it must work.

it's pretty difficult to choose the account type from the list, as there i no info about spreads. I used to check out spreads first, but, anyway, maybe it's just a feature. in addition, I'd note the work of customer support, they are pretty responsive, it's a big plus in karma, not all brokers care about creating a good customer service =)

Cool feature of Capex called Stox. in a nutshell you can hold long positions on blue chip stocks without swap fees. not very many titles though. Just all the popular companies.
