I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I ordered three stocking stuffers that didn't arrive until a month after Christmas (more than two months after I ordered them), and the quality was terrible. They didn't work; I might as well have burned my money. Such a scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, no matter how good the words about their company sound on their website. I ordered product November 21, and it still hasn’t arrived as of Jan 1, 2026. I’ve been sending emails since end of November, and they will not refund my money.
Would have given it a minus star if possible !!!! To anyone even thinking of ordering ANYTHING from Capacilent, DON’T, they are thieves!!!! Quick to take the money from your account, but never send the product, in fact you never hear from them !!!! Ordered a product on November 21, 2025……….. it’s now December 28 and not a word from them !!! It was only $21 thankfully, but it’s still thievery if you take people’s money and never produce the product !!!!
Purchased something November 11, 2025 and it’s now December 27, 2025 and I still have not received my item. Horrible customer service also.
The package I received was wonderful in itself. It was neatly wrapped, secure and arrived without any damage. Its size was perfect, not too large nor too small. All items inside were in great condition and in their place, avoiding any kind of mess. It really exemplified an efficient and considerate packaging.
