Great products and customer support
Great products and customer support. I was in a hurry with the shipping to Germany since I was about to leave a few days later. I kindly asked if they could speed up the shipping, email response came quick and they said: Of course ! :) Products came on time and saved my trip!

Couldn't find a supplier of a rope…
Couldn't find a supplier of a rope product in the UK so ordered from this Belgium store. Brief delay while waiting for a stock delivery but once it arrived it was shipped and arrived practically next day. Great service and reasonable price considering it was being shipped from Europe.

Due to an error in the warehouse, the wrong shoes were shipped, and Daniel immediately corrected it, with new shoes arriving to Canada in under a week!. Outstanding professional service, highly recommended.

Trustworthy, communicative, fast.
I was looking for the best deal I could find online for Petzl Coeur Pulse bolts. These guys had the best deal.
I ordered the items and then received an email that they had priced them slightly lower than they should have been, however they would honour the sale as this is the price they had listed.
The bolts arrived quickly, I was provided updates via email and had direct communications with the same person each time.
All of this showed me they are a trustworthy company, honest and open, and set an exemplary standard to others in the field.
I highly recommend them.

At The Canyon Store we try to avoid mistakes, but sometimes they do occur. As was the case here.... due to an error at our side, we underpriced the bolts, but we believe very strongly in customer trust so decided to take a loss and deliver the bolts at the lower price.

Couldn’t be Happier!
Ordering was so easy from CanyonStore. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable. Their shipping time is amazing, so much so that I received my order from CanyonStore days sooner than an order I made the same day within Australia. Products are as expected and of a great quality. I would have no reservations in ordering from CanyonStore in the future.
