I reserved a vacation rental managed by…

I reserved a vacation rental managed by this company, through VRBO. Reserved months in advance and fully paid one month in advance. One WEEK before the rental begins, they send me a rental agreement with very unfavorable and punitive terms -- just picture the most one-sided lease you can imagine, as it relates to security deposit, owner can drop in on you at any time, if you are injured at their property it's too bad -- and if someone else is injured at their property while you're there, you are paying for that!!! Aaaand would not offer a refund. Complete bait and switch.
