I placed an order 14 months ago and still have not received the order. I have sent emails and was told they had a fire and would be up and running soon and my order was moving through the system then another email said it would be sent in two weeks. I felt for the company with the story they told me and have preserved but now they won’t answer any emails. I have requested a refund. DO NOT purchase from this company. No

I ordered a bathrobe from this company with a 6 week delivery time. After 4 months they had still not sent my item, despite several promises and assurances that it was to be shipped soon. I had to raise a dispute via PayPal and the company offered a refund (minus 1 dollar) which I accepted to get the issue resolved. I’m pretty sure this is a scam.

its a scam... there is no robe... there is no company.. we ordered on sept 20 still no robe...

Buyer Beware!
I ordered a bathrobe from Canyon Group and was extremely disappointed from start to finish.

The robe I received was very poor quality and not at all what was represented. After contacting the company, they agreed to accept a return and told me they would send a return label. I receved the label and they received the robe. I never received an exchange.

I followed up many, many times by email and received either vague responses or no response at all. Eventually, communication stopped completely and I am now being fully ghosted.

I attempted to escalate the issue by looking into their California business information, only to find that the address provided does not match an actual factory location, which made it impossible to resolve the issue through normal consumer channels.

At this point:

They have my money

I have no usable product

I have no refund

I have no response

This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Canyon Group. Based on my experience, once there is a problem, you are on your own.

This website is a scam. They claim to have made-to-order chenille robes w/ designs replicating those worn on 90’s sitcoms, such as Frasier and King Of Queens - my sister placed an order and waited almost 6 weeks only to be alerted by her credit card company that it’s a scam. BEWARE!!
