Canadian "Antiquitated" Viewpoint,

If this site expects to continue as a viable operation, it's about time they ended their antiquated, and almost impossible system of poin redemptions.

You are lucky, if you don't have to contact customer service to figure out how to redeeem your points. It's alomst an impossible maze, but they do pay you.

In connection with payment, they pay by cheque, and it can take months for you to get it.

I like this site, and want to support it, but when it takes 15-30 minutes to "guess" how to redeem your points, it's getting very difficult to do so.
