Amazing print
My son took a picture of Mt Fuji during our recent trip to Japan. I had the picture enlarged to a 36"x24" canvas print. I was a little concerned that enlarging it might distort the photo, but it did not. It is as clear and beautiful as the original. Production and shipping were less than a week. Highly recommended especially with the Groupon coupon.

Buyer Beware – Extremely Unprofessional and Deceptive Practices
Canvas On Sale was one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with.
Within five minutes of placing my order, I realized the photo I selected was not compatible with the canvas size I purchased. I immediately contacted customer service to edit or upgrade the order and pay the difference for a better option that would properly accommodate my photo. Despite the extremely short time window, they were completely unhelpful and refused to assist in any way.
The Groupon advertisement is deceptive. It does not clearly disclose that certain photos are incompatible with the advertised canvas sizes. Once the voucher is viewed, Groupon will not issue a refund, and Canvas On Sale refuses to offer any reasonable solution—no upgrade option, no accommodation, no refund.
As a result, I was forced to either choose a photo I never intended to put on canvas or lose all of my money entirely. That is not customer service—it’s coercive and deceptive business practice.
This situation could have been easily resolved with basic customer support and flexibility, especially given how quickly I reached out after ordering. Instead, I was met with rigid policies, zero assistance, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
I will never order from this company again and will be sure to share this experience with others. If you value transparency, professionalism, and customer service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
