Poor quality
If you are looking for high quality gloss metal print enlargements for hanging on the wall don't waste your time and money with canvasdiscount. The quality is terrible! They look like someone printed them with a color printer and glued them on a thin piece of metal. Yes they are cheaper than the competition so if you don't care about quality and looking for something to hang on the wall of your shed give them a try. I have had metal prints done in the past from Michaels photos and they came out incredible! Yes they cost more but I feel its worth the extra cost. Also Canvasdiscount only does matte finish which looks terrible and the competitors offer gloss.

I was apprehensive on ordering online for a special print I designed for a friends 90th birthday using AI tools (Chatgbt in this case). This one was a framed 2'x3' and it had plenty of detail. It turned out great. He was overwhelmed with joy....and so was I. Shortly after that I ordered another smaller one I had designed as a gift for a friend. Same reaction. Trash company, sends trash work
I accidentally sent a screenshot that wasn't centered, though it looked centered on their website template. They printed a huge canvas with half of a screenshot and sent it to me a couple of weeks later. I get it was my error, but a call or email to confirm would have been good business practice. Instead of just making it and sending something that is 100% trash. Terrible!

I’d urge caution before buying
I’d urge caution before buying. While the print wasn’t blurred, the colors were significantly off, copper and auburn became yellow and gold, for example, ruining the presentation.
The canvas itself wasn’t tight with ripples in the corner due to loose stapling, as well as a printing mar at the top.
Lastly, they did not send the purchased hanging kit.
Overall, very disappointed; would recommend trying a different printer.

This was a gift for a 94 year old woman, and she is hard to shop for, but she was genuinely pleased with the canvas and I was very pleased that it didn’t cost too much to get her something so personal, the size of 24x30 was a Great Wall hanger!

Took a picture of a picture
Took a picture of a picture with my phone. Wanted a canvas 36”x48” and was worried that blowing it up that big might cause a problem and the picture would look bad. Emailed several times with people who always responded timely and was assured it would look good. The picture came out better than good. It looks like an original. Received the canvas in about 10 days. Very happy with the company and the work they do.
