Since canvas champ moved their printing operation of shore the quality of their work has become woefully inadequate. Telling them that I was dissatisfied did nothing to correct the situation.The prints were very dull and color match wasn't even close. If there were zero stars as an option I would have chosen that. I can not recommend that you use this service for any of your printing needs.

I submitted the incorrect image…
I submitted the incorrect image initially. On a Sunday night at 7 pm before labor day Monday, a rep answered my live chat and helped me replace the file. That, to me, is an 'A' rated company. Customer service has all but disappeared in the US. Product was reasonably priced for the quality, and speed was faster than expected. I will promote and recommend.

More Styrofoam!
There was not enough packaging to keep the items I ordered safe. It appears scratched on the back side, and both items appear to have been dropped. More Styrofoam around the outside of the pictures needs to be added to keep the outer edges safe as these are the most easily bent/damaged.

They did a great job with the product. I ordered some with a longer width and height. My only critique is one of the pictures with longer width had two hanging holes in the back instead of one centralized hole like the rest. Made hanging it more difficult, but it still looks good!

The picture was absolutely amazing
The picture was reversed so the words on the sweaters were backward. The proof that we approved show the pictured correctly. The entire problem was mine. After I knew to remove the paper film an absolutely breathtaking picture appeared. I appreciate the customer support staff is their rapid response. I'm so impressed with their product is I plan on buying four more of the same picture and am working on project that will require about six of there product. I would definitely recommend their product to everyone

My package came about a week after the email saying it was delivered and it came broken with a chip on the top and a crack running along the side making it useless.
Update: After working with customer support I was easily able to get a free replacement which came reasonably quick this time and it worked perfectly!
