If you don't want to spend extra on import tax, please make sure the company you buy from is a UK company. I will be phoning consumer rights.

Disappointing Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I purchased personalised mat as a Christmas present for my nephew, and it was extremely disappointing. When I opened the mat to look at it, the mat began cracking, which is completely unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to be durable and fit for regular use—especially given the price.
What made the experience worse was the horrible customer service. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, the company was dismissive and unhelpful. I felt brushed off rather than supported as a customer who received a clearly faulty product.
A Christmas gift turning into a hassle is the last thing anyone wants. Poor quality combined with poor customer service means I won’t be purchasing from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others. Doesn’t even deserve one star!

Have used them before. Great again in terms of quality and items delivered in very good time. Can't fault them. Would recommend and will be using again.

This company is completely fraudulent. The whole set up is a scam.
They claim to be a UK company but everything is drop shipped from India, which means unless the order slips through the net you will be liable to pay VAT and duty when fedex receive it in the UK.
When you complain they will give you the runaround for months.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are a total farce.

Faulty Neon Signs
Purchased neon sign, arrived faulty. Raised a case through PayPal as no response to emails, they then want the item shipped to a different country it came from
at my expense to even offer a refund. The shipping cost is nearly half the cost of the item. Avoid this company like the plague.

Custom Neon Style Sign
I ordered a custom neon sign. I was very worried going by the reviews, but given most of the negatives are about shipping, I thought I'd take a chance. It was at least a quarter of the price of most other places, making it the most affordable option by far.
Sign arrived today, 5 days ahead of schedule. It came all the way from India, very securely packaged (was quite hard to get in to), but it means the sign arrived in perfect condition. Delivery updates from DHL were good, too.
Can't complain at all. It looks great. Its a gift and I'm sure they'll be just as happy with it as I am.

Well first they are not in the UK this was posted from India , and I was billed for Import tax Duty £51 , I had ordered 3 Acrylic photos , there was 1 that had a bit of damage and light was showing through , but all the edges had lifted a bit and it will take very little to damage , packed so well it took me 20 minutes to remove huge staples , I have received the Tax duty refund

Ordered a LED sign 2 weeks ago. Was meant to be delivered today but nothing came through. Got in contact through live chat and spoke to a guy called Patrick who was no help at all. Still in the dark about an order from weeks ago. Now trying to get a refund but no one’s answering my emails or live chat requests.

Service was pretty quick, but the product (socks) was very poor, can barely see the image. Quite disappointing.

I placed an order in February which they have now sent to me 3 times. Every single time all or some of the items have been damaged.
They refuse to give us a refund even though the most important/largest print of a set is damaged. So therefore we won’t use the set.
I’ve asked them to come and collect all so we can have our money back and they’ve just kept saying we can only have a refund for the 1 damaged price (bare in mind this is the 3rd set which all others are heavily damaged) but we wouldn’t be using the 3 smaller images without the main prominent one!

I placed an order nearly three weeks ago but still have not received my canvasses. I have sent enquiries but received no response. I've just started a new business and have been in a pop up for the last week. Today's my last day and my product still hasnt arrived. Very disappointed.

I have been using Canvas Champ UK for two years and they have been great, good quality products and fast delivery..... BUT NOW THEY ARE AWFUL!
I currently have 7 orders with them that are way past their delivery date and another 8 that are not even 'in production' yet
I don't think the Covid excuses work when other companies manage to deliver on time every time
The US website prints in India and still manages to deliver on time, I am getting orders to my American customers within 10 days.
Canvas Champ UK do not reply to messages
They do not answer the phone
They do not reply to emails
I have customers complaining and I don't know what to say, it's so unprofessional

I think the company has ceased trading but still taking orders. I’ve used them previously and they were good, prompt with service and products. This time nothing in response to my order. No goods. No responses. The telephone is disconnected with the telephone number up for sale. No response to emails. I’m claiming via my credit card.

Dont be fooled by their website..... its FRAUD!!!! Still waiting on my item after a month!! No replies via any of the emails I've sent. Asked for a refund last week and still not received it after he promised me 32hours and it would be back in my bank. Then told me he could get the product to me in 2 days... HA Joke! Its not come in a month so how's it gonna come in 2 days! Found a number to them.... 08003688124. It sounds very dodgey in the back ground and all talking foreign languages and doors banging all the time. The man is a fraud and not professional at all... no customer service skills. Keeps asking me to repeat what I'm saying as he doesn't understand! Reported it too!! In the mean time I'm gonna keep ringing them until the money is back in. Even if I have to do it 3 or 4 times a day! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!!

Don’t bother
Ordered a product on 20th November and I’m still waiting.
I’ve had one reply from the ‘customer service’ team and a snappy message via Facebook messenger telling me to email if I have a problem with my order.
I ordered a personalised photo jigsaw puzzle and have now been waiting so long that ordering one from any other company won’t get here in time for Christmas.
I’ve emailed 6/7 times and heard nothing back so have no opened a despite via Paypal to try and claim my money back.

Non existent staff apparently
Placed an order back in November with a guaranteed delivery date of 1st December...it is now the 12th and the item still says processing. I have rang the number on website but the number is not in use?! I have emailed to no response.
What number are you all ringing to get through to someone in the U.K.?!
