Not very satisfied.
I've already bought 3 tents and my satisfaction is low. I bought models that were advertised as suitable for all weather conditions since they're meant to be used year-round. They didn't even make it through the first winter and were already covered in black stains, so much so that both the inside and outside are full of them. They are indeed easy to assemble and offer excellent wind resistance. The interior space of the 4.5m diameter tents is comfortable and great for a double bed or two single beds.
customer service was active and helpful
Shipping can be problematic as they will send to a Po box but the shipper may not deliver due to signature requirements. Other than taking longer than expected customer service was active in finding the parcel and ensuring it's arrival.

High-quality tent, and a team that stands behind it
We bought the Sibley Apex 500 together with the All-Season Fly, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The tent is beautiful — you can see the quality in the materials, stitching, and all the small design details. It feels very solid and durable; with proper care, I genuinely believe it can last for many years. Our plan is to keep it set up for long periods (months at a time), and that’s exactly why we chose this model and the Fly — to protect the tent and extend its lifespan.
I also want to highlight CanvasCamp’s support. They were patient, consistently kind, and very solution-oriented. Importing into Argentina can be complicated, and they still showed real goodwill and professionalism, following through until everything arrived safely and correctly.
We’re very happy with both the product and the company. Highly recommended.

Great product
Great product, we have used the canvas tents for 13 years now. Good support usually available products. The tents need to be cycled every 3 years because of mould.

Fantastic quality tent, great customer service. All my energy can go to enjoying nature instead of worries about a leaking tent or writing emails.

Bought tbe Oryx tipi and find it a perfect tent for the lakes and rivers of Ireland on the Atlantic . I have paired mine with a Oriondo bioethanol burner/ heater as the Oryx has two doors and a vents topside providing excellent convection heat .
Light and easy to set up and take down it’s great tent and looks really good also .. It’s not fire retardant however and maybe Canvas Camp could improve that .

We love our Canvas Camp tent
We love our Canvas Camp tent, and have had a terrific experience so far. The folks there were very helpful answering our questions, and directing us to resources to help us plan for our setup. We had no trouble setting up, once we built our deck. The tent itself is well made, and very rugged, and performed perfectly in high wind and heavy rain. We will be investing in more (and larger) tents as we build out our camp. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with CanvasCamp, especially with Eva.
From start the service was absolutely flawless: responsive, understanding, kind, and truly human. I had some doubts about my order, and everything was handled with so much patience and professionalism.
I really felt listened to and supported, which is rare these days. Thank you so much for your kindness and efficiency. I highly recommend!

I liturley live in a sibly bell tent
I liturley live in a sibly bell tent. Its actually my bedroom and my practice space, for one year now. It's a magical space to be whithin nature.
I live on a remote greek Island, 200 meters from the sea. There is a lot of wind. Depends on the specific ground, but in my case, the tent needed to be installed with long and strong stakes. Then it stands up to 100kmph winds, which is unbelievable.
On summer time, from May to September, I open the canvas around, and stay with the net wall, so the tent is ventilated, the view is beautiful, and I'm very well protected from all the bugs.
Enjoy (-:

The product I ordered is the one I got
The product I ordered is the one that came.
It could have easily gotten mixed up bc I ordered a certain size chimney pipe an was worried I might get the wrong size by mistake. But the one that came was exactly the one I ordered and it fits my tent perfectly.

My Experience
I am writing this review to provide information about my experience.
After careful consideration about investing money in tent to be utilized as a semi-permanent build, I finally decided to pull the trigger on the Senior Cabin Tent (5x6m) as the company praised its rugged design and top-tier quality.
When the tent packages finally arrived, they were shredded to the point that damage had occurred to the storage bags for the tent/pole structure. When I first opened the frame pole set, the bag was full of dirt, rust and chipped paint. All the poles were scratched, their interiors rusted, and many end pieces were bent. I genuinely have no idea how the poles could be so damaged; I originally presumed they were used, but there is no way structural poles could be in such rough shape from normal or even extended use. Additionally, the groundsheet was dirty and discolored with large patches of rust. I did not even bother to open the tent bag as I already decided I would be sending it all back.
UPDATE: Company was very good with responding and dealing with the issue. Ultimately, it seems there was an mix up and I was sent used hardware by mistake. They offered to resend a new product or fulfill a refund.
