Too hard to contact & get a reply!!

I thought I was buying stretched canvases but they were panels so I thought I would return them - what a joke!! I've emailed numerous times & had no reply so Friday I rang & she assured me somebody would email me from Seawhites to arrange sending them back. Today Monday I tried to ring again & I've tried 3 times without getting through so I rang Seawhites & they told me I had to go back through Canvas Store! So now I'm totally frustrated & annoyed. Things are so hard these days to sort out when it should be easy!!!!

I have received no reply despite…

I have received no reply despite chasing an outstanding order and still NO delivery!

Too Slow and No Communication

Great value canvases but slow delivery time and absolutely no communication with me the customer. I am still waiting to receive delivery of an order placed 10 days ago. No reply to my email and no available phone number to ring.
I am a busy professional artist and expect better service than this.

I never received my order

I never received my order. I chased by phone. They said their supplier said it had been delivered but it wasn’t. They said they would ring back but have not. So need to chase again. Not good service.

Happy customer

There was a problem with the initial delivery… it was badly damaged by the courier’s. Canvas Store sent out the whole order again FOC via a different courier and it was perfect. Problem resolved swiftly and without question. Thank you.

My order never arrived

Order 7518
I ordered early October some 5” x 5” stretched canvases. I received a very apologetic and polite email on 15th October to say my order would be delayed until 31st October.
I emailed back and said I needed them for a local Art Fair, 1-3 November and so that would be too late. I asked if they had something similar. On 18th October I received another email to say they didn’t have anything similar ( bear in mind, time was running very short for me to actually paint on them in time for the Art fair) and so I wrote back and said to send the order anyway as I’d use the canvases in the future. I then sourced some 6” x 6” canvases on Amazon in order to bring up my ‘stock’ of paintings for the Art fair.
Well, here we are at 6th November and I still haven’t received my order.
I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Canvas Store again. What a pity because if you specialise in something, as a company, surely you get it absolutely right? Also, they still have my money!
