Canto helps me save time when identifying imagery options for various projects. I like ability to categorize photos in multiple ways: date, keyword tags etc. It can be slow when browsing through images but preview function helps.

Our group has been using Canto for the last 18 months and it has been a game-changer for us in terms of organizing our packaging images. The robust search features powered by meta tags allows our users to quickly locate what we need. Canto is a very flexible platform that provides many different customization options to suit your needs. Highly recommended.

Canto is a full-featured digital asset management for large-scale implementations and can scale down for simpler projects if necessary. The software is well supported and thought out, and the user interface is easy to use. They even fast-tracked an upgrade for us. I don't think this is the best solution for simpler implementations, because there is just so much here, but if you need an end-to-end or larger implementation, Canto is great.

I would encourage anyone who is considering Canto to take extra care when reviewing their potential implementation during the sales process. There are many ways to achieve one goal, and organizing things the right way or using the correct tool the first time is paramount.

I really like how organized it is and how you can make folders and albums. I also like that you can sort how you want to view your images and videos. Overall, I really like the full set up. The tagging option is super helpful when you need to find certain images, and it is very easy to upload images and videos, very quick.

Canto is an excellent Digital Asset Management solution. We looked at four other companies and Canto is our favorite for the price, features and customer service. Canto Digital Asset Management has been easy to set up, use and learn.

We started using Canto about 2-3 years ago after our DAM went out of business. There have been a few glitches along the way, but overall, Canto is a very user-friendly, reliable way to organize our images. It's easy to tag with metadata and to share with our team.

Canto has made file storage issues a thing of the past. We are able to quickly and easily upload images or files and quickly share them to anyone. Building your image database has also never been easier. Consumers can use a link and upload images that are first proofed by an admin you choose and easily sorted into files for quick reference later. The meta tags and search function is also extremely powerful and easy to use.

The ease of setting up and customizing our Canto system was outstanding. A brief training and quick webinar, I was able to easily fully set-up and custom our site. The additional user training was also very effective and easy to understand. Our staff was uploading, searching, and sharing files almost immediately.

I do wish that some of the more advanced features (like portals and integration) were better explained. We've been told that they were possible, but not trained on them as part of the onboarding process.

However, Canto has been very valuable for us. Our organization has thousands of media files that were difficult and time consuming to search through and share. We also weren't able to easily link files together (ex: image release forms and the photos that they belong too). Canto has made the process of searching for and sharing file must easier and more user friendly for internal and external clients. The feature of linking files together has also solved our problem of how to keep image release forms or testimonials together with the correct images.

Additionally, we plan to add brand assets, templates and print-on-demand files into the DAM so that our organization always has access to the current version of these pieces helping us to remedy the issue of how to keep our brand consistent.

Canto has helped my organization keep our data assets in neat and orderly fashion with a ease of search and tagging our mass collection of photos we store. I would most definitely recommend Canto to any organization that has a need for searching through and storing many large photos.

Canto is a great way for my company to share the images that I take company wide. They are able to see the images by category in folders, and I can set restrictions for images of products that are no longer sold.

We mainly use Canto to organize, store, and manage our extensive collection of in-house photos and marketing collateral, and it has been a great resource for that! Canto has allowed us to create a centralized photo database. The organization is a nonprofit with project activities in more than 50 countries. Our field staff now have the ability to upload an access photos. We can share subsets of images with partners and funders. Canto helps us manage quality control. We have had a great experience with this product and have found the support team to be very responsive.

Working with a large organization, Canto makes it easy for us to organize and store pictures of any size (including TIF images). Anyone in our group can easily access pictures to download and upload picture from new projects. The Canto's customer service team has been excellent in providing trainings and answering questions when they arise.

Overall, Canto is a great product. I work in a global nonprofit, and we have to manage assets (mostly photos) from over fifty projects in more than 100 countries. Needless to say, this turns out to be quite the challenge -- but with Canto, it's much simpler. We love having the capability to share upload and download links, whether with others in our organization or outside contracted photographers, without handing over the keys to the whole database. This allows us to maintain a modicum of control. It's not perfect -- we have found the main interface to be a bit counterintuitive to navigate -- but Canto's customer support is awesome. They've set up trainings with our department multiple times to make sure we know how to use the software to its full potential.

As we've gotten more and more people within our organization logged into Canto, the amount of time spent tracking down assets and getting pieces out to those that need it has been so much easier! The search and metadata functions have been super helpful and the time spent tracking down assets for people is no more, and people are able to spend their time to better other parts of the business as well!

Canto has been a lifesaver! We have thousands of images we go through daily and have not had an effective way to search and organize until Canto. This is literally saving us hours every day.
