My organization just switched to Canto and we couldn't be more happy about the decision. My department uses Canto to house and organize our digital photo assets for marketing and other purposes such as sharing our assets with the rest of the organization - previously photo assets were kept departmentalized. A key component to our switch was the facial recogintion tech Canto has - just upload and tag one photo of an individual and it tags the person in every photo they are in. This has been invaluable considering we have photos that date back 20+ years that did not previously have any metadata associated with it. I am looking forward to seeing more of Canto's capabilities in the future.

Canto is an amazing tool, with varying features according you needs. We use it to organize only our photos. It saves us time when searching for a specific photo because we are able to add as much data as we need to about the photo when uploading. We are able to tag and describe each individual photo. I am grateful for Canto!

Canto is a great tool that helps our business stay organized and quickly and easily upload assets to our website. This tool also allows us to easily share large assets to those in the company as well as outside of our company. We can quickly upload and change assets on our website with no help from our IT team now that Canto has been implemented.

Canto helps us ensure that all of our employees have the most up to date document in an industry where our documents can constantly be changing. Canto has great search and filter capabilities if you tag your pictures correctly at the time of upload. It makes it extremely easy to just change small things on a document that is on our website and we do not have to redo previous work.

Great platform at a lower-end cost compared to competitors. Love the visual library, overall UX, search features, photo recognition, and smart tagging.

Pros: Simple to use and works in both a browser and a desktop app. It has previews for Adobe native files which helps a lot when looking for specific assets.

Cons: The UI isn't great — it's not easy to view + pull down assets quickly without "going into" them. The UX could definitely benefit from some tweaking, but no major issues blocking functionality.

Overall: Simple tool to solve DAM needs!

Fantastic asset management tool for photos, videos, PPT's, Word, pretty much anything you can throw at it. They have many add-ons, such as editable templates, Adobe integration and MS Office integration, that introduce a higher level of digital access management type software. Very easy to use, setup and is customizable. Navigation on the site is simple but effective, especially for those using it that may not be as computer savy. Love it!

The searchability is by far the best feature that we have used with Canto. While the other features are also powerful and helpful, the ability to type in pretty much any term and curate a list of assets immediately that I can download in my desired format has saved us hours of searching.

Very easy to use and makes collaborating remotely with others simple.

So far we love Canto. The people are fantastic to work with. Everybody is friendly and fast to respond. The implementation was a breeze. They are very organized and help you every step of the way. The design interface is clean and modern. The organization tools are perfect. Being able to create a custom portal for each of our branches is great, it creates an impressive feature for us to give them.

Canto is a great program to store photos and files. I like being able to resize and download as needed.

Canto is a robust and intuitive digital asset management tool. I have only had very minor issues over the last 3 years, and it is used easily by my entire company, our partners, and our customers.

This is an easy-to-navigate platform that, when tagging systems are used, images can be found and viewed with ease. Some of the functionality is glitchy, but overall this is a great product.

Canto is a very visual DAM system. It is extremely customizable--not only in tagging, but in branding as well--which makes it truly feel like your own. Canto has provided our team with a easy solution for storing and searching for our assets.

After reviewing several DAM options, it was clear that Canto was the winner. There are a variety of integrations that will make your life a lot easier, and help colleagues safely access the proper assets they need. It's a great option for working with multiple departments and clients, as sharing assets is a lot more accessible. I also love that I keep coming across new features and new ways to optimize my experience.

Canto is a great Digital Asset Management System, point-blank. It made bringing thousands of digital assets from many different places and people simple and it gave us the power to share and organize these assets like never before.

Canto is very helpful. Our team has a lot of assets including multiple video series, blogs, and photo campaigns. Before Canto, If you weren't familiar with our folder structure and in it often, it was very hard to find the asset you were looking for.

Now we're able to add tags, include folders and albums, and keywords to each asset. The search function in Canto has helped a lot. But, it does take a lot of time to get your assets in Canto and sort through them. So, be prepared to spend some time sorting everything out before completely implementing Canto.

This software makes organizing and tagging thousands photos so ridiculously easy. Everything is easily organized and accessible to your team internally but it's also so easy to share files and photos externally with easy link creation and download options.

Canto has been so helpful to my workflow at my non profit. It's one of the most efficient DAMs I've ever used. A process that used to take me hours or days on some platforms, like creating albums to distribute to partners and high touch donors, takes me a few minutes once the photos have been uploaded.

When I go to renew partners for my organization, it is great to know that everything is cataloged with tags and keywords so that I can quickly and efficiently show them progress throughout the year.

Amazing costumer service. Every team member appears to put in the work to make sure you are set up and satisfied with the product. Canto has an incredibly well organized user interface. Ease of search features from user end- ease of tag features from Admin end.

Canto has streamlined our photography process. We capture thousands of photos during an event and to have a searchable platform that a multitude of users can access has helped speed our process and simplify our workflow.
