The product is poor quality, is not uniform size, takes ages to lay & looks terrible because of all the gaps. When you complain you just get fobbed off by their customer service. Poor product, poor customer service - avoid this company at all costs.

I recently purchased outdoor rubber mat and while there were several hiccups with the delivery process, I have to commend Bracken for her exceptional customer service. I’ve been shopping around for gym mats for heavy lifting but most fitness companies
seemed clueless with call centre type of people unable to do any more than read a spec off a screen - just like I can. I then phoned Cannons and got clear, concise advice as to weight limits for each thickness of mat and tips on installation. Incredibly less than 24 hours later the mats delivered. 10/10

I purchased around 15 square meters of 30mm rubber flooring. Each piece was in good condition and was delivered promptly.

Good quality items at a competitive price compared to rival companies.

Have purchased a number of gymnastics related items from Cannons and the quality and service have always been excellent. It has become our go-to place for equipment.

Purchased a number of OV10 Pumps from Cannons. Their price is fair, but both pumps failed. The pumps can still inflate, but no longer deflate. We only use them once a week at a gym club and both failed within 14 months.
Cannons UK state that warranty is only for 12 months and they will not offer a discount for replacements. Great shame.

Wonderful customer service, its a pleasure dealing with a company that answers the phone quickly, has lovely people to help you and delivers exactly when they say they will. Brilliant.

Ordered an air track which was delivered very quickly but they sent me the wrong colour. Contacted them and they arranged next day shipping for the correct colour.

The air track itself is great quality. It feels very thick and durable, and seems very well made. Very happy with both the product and fantastic customer service!

Edit: 1+ year later and our air track is still going strong!

Bought some floor mats, I received them but they are a different size compared to what they advertised. I need to return them but they want me to pay for return which is quite expensive, therefore I have to pay for their mistakes. That's not right and definitely I won't recommend them.

The mats you advertised should be 100cm/100cm. The mats I got are 107cm/107cm. The width of my conservatory is 203 cm, according to your description they should fit 100cm+100cm=200cm, in reality they are 107cm+107cm=214cm, if I remove the border between them I will loose another 3cm, remaining with 211cm which is wider than my 203cm conservatory. I don't have the tools to cut them therefore I'm forced to send them back and totally disagree with you when you asked me " IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO PAY £25 FOR RETURN", I'm totally not happy because you advised the wrong size, not me.

At 40mm thick will be impossible for me to cut them to look nice. They are advertised with the border included, I wouldn't be interested to buy them without the border, and the size including the border is 107cm which is bigger than what you advertised. They simply don't fit to my conservatory because they are too big and that's not my fault.

I ordered some gym flooring for my garage, came to around £700. Ordered on credit card due to few reviews here but they contacted me quite quickly to confirm everything was in place. 2 days later a large pallet with my items arrived as expected.

They do ask for reviews on Feefo but I always check the trustpilot so wanted to add my experience here. Haven't laid the flooring as of yet, seems good quality. Will update if I have any problems with it or require customer service for anything but so far all is well and based on the tiles I checked, I see no issues at all.

We orderd a air roller for daughter when it arrived it wasn’t the size we thought it was to big cannons wanted £25 return fee so I got it posted myself for 1/4 the price a week later I had still not received money so got it touch thay located the return in there office and checked it then told me it was so dirty thay hat to clean it for a few of £10 I told them it was unused was blown up for 2 mins then boxed back up the proof thay sent was not the item I sent back it’s our word against there’s
