Worst experience. These guys are fraud. Don’t trust them.

Extremely disappointed with the service from Cannibals Media. After purchasing a premium package, I expected basic professionalism and client support — but that seems missing.

Despite multiple requests, there has been no proper call-back or direct communication. Being told to “wait” repeatedly without any resolution is unacceptable, especially for a paying premium client.

Poor attitude, lack of accountability, and zero urgency in handling client concerns. Definitely not the level of service promised.

Would not recommend.

I am writing this because, like many others, I fell for the polished marketing of Rahul Gupta and Cannibals Media Private Limited. My experience mirrors the dozens of other horror stories online: they are experts at selling, but they vanish the moment the invoice is settled.

The Bait and Switch
Before payment, communication was seamless. They used their own paid ads and professional-sounding pitches to build trust. However, as soon as the funds were transferred, the "service" completely stopped.

Key Issues Experienced:
- Complete Ghosting: After the initial payment, my calls went unanswered and my messages were ignored for weeks.
- Broken Promises: Not a single deliverable from our contract was met. No strategy, no execution, and zero results.
- The "Busy" Excuse: On the rare occasion I did get a response, it was a dismissive claim of being "too busy" to provide the very service I paid for.
- No Transparency: No reports or updates were ever provided. It felt like my project didn't even exist to them once they had the money.

A Clear Pattern of Misconduct
It is now clear that this isn't just a "bad day" for the agency; it is their business model. After researching on Trustpilot and other forums, the pattern is identical:
- High-pressure sales and frequent follow-ups.
- Immediate silence post-payment.
- Low-quality work (if anything is delivered at all) or automated/fake engagement that gets flagged.
- Refusal to issue refunds despite zero work being done.

Final Verdict: Do not be fooled by their Instagram ads or their "professional" website. This agency lacks basic integrity and customer care. Save your money and your sanity - look for a marketing partner that actually values their reputation.

This company is completely unprofessional. They promised to create and deliver 10 custom-made logos, but only provided one logo, which clearly appears to be AI-generated. When I requested a refund, they refused and stated that refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payments or technical issues.

I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services.

Very unprofessional experience. After I declined the pricing, the owner, using the official business account, sent abusive messages including religion-based remarks. Such behavior is unacceptable. I would advise caution before dealing with this company.

They did not deliver the agreed work
Promised marketing support and deliverables were never completed
Calls were ignored with excuses like “no time to take calls”
Messages were not answered
No updates, reports, or accountability were ever provided
Despite waiting for months, nothing was accomplished and no reliable communication was ever maintained.

Rahul and all of his team is a fraud.
Collecting Money 500 or 400 INR in the name digital marketing.

So I was searching for internship in Internshala and I applied for digital marketing in Cannibals media private limited and after half an hour I got a message regarding the internship but it was not about digital marketing but to write good reviews about the company so I searched here and I got to know the whole story . Glad I didn't responded😂😂

Recently hired Cannibals Media for their branding and website development services, and would recommend them.

The team was very responsive, and the pricing is very affordable for the quality that was offered!

Its being 5 days he didnt gave any review i paid 500 for 10 reviews now he is not reciving the call its a fake company he should be banned from google

Pathetic service from their end, as everyone said don't fall for this kind of agencies they will delay the work so much that you would give up on everything and regret making decision of hiring them.

Oops!! No option for zero or minus review.How blatantly this so called fake company and person named Rahul is advertising on social media and then following up for money.Once you give they will do the work...great but the content posted is all trash and reviews will be removed in a day or so.Now your pain intensifies,you try to contact the great fake Rahul but he will not respond.And further he will msg you to give next payment and he would replenish then only.What a scam going on.The name cannibal suits this company fine.

Garbage company with zero ethics. I paid for the 10 reviews pack and every single one of the review was removed by Google. Now when I am asking for a refund or replacement of the reviews, there is radio silence.

These were the kind of reviews they had posted: “delicious South Indian food Bindapur I will be back soon”. Even though I had shared feedback on the reviews and had explicitly asked for keyword stuffing to be removed, the reviews were posted as is with no change at all.

The “CEO” Rahul Gupta especially is a trash person with zero business ethics or manners and doesn’t know how to talk politely to paying customers.

Instead of paying them for reviews you can just chuck 500 rupees into the toilet- it will have the same impact.

Very poor service and highly incompetent team. They simply use Canva to create basic logos and visiting cards—nothing original or professional. There is no proper call support, no response, and no one is willing to listen to customer concerns. Once you make the payment, it feels like your money is completely wasted. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Zero stars from my side.They are totally fraud persons.Mr.Rahul is the mastermind in between all the fraudsters.He calls before payment for a number of times and after payment he will send a message that THIS NUMBER IS NOT CALLABLE,DO NOT CALL ON THIS NUMBER..I AM NOWHERE INVOLVED IN DESIGNING. Bullshit it is.
They are just ditching others and doing fraud and providing ZERO LEVEL DESIGNS in return.Can not write the words which I want to for them. Pls do not burn your money by giving to these FRAUDSTERS.

I have opted for 499 package where the person over whatsapp insisted me to write my own content when they were supposed to write. On spending time I had written 10 contents and had asked them to write and they said the content was not upto the standard in a harsh tone. When I had informed them over whatsapp that it is their team's duty to write it for me as part of my transaction he the one on the other side stopped responding. One thing for sure they are not a genuine deal and fraudlent. Stay away if you don't want to burn money.

This company is of shameless people & thiefs .They will simply take your money & wont at all do the work.Do not come there influence of instagram marketing .They wont even reply on whats app nor on call.Once you give your money to them , money is gone.

Like others Yes Rahul will be sweet till you pay the money next minute once u pay he will stop answering calls and his team who are bunch of knowledge less guys will chat... Their designing work even my office boy can use Chatgpt and make one...they are worst than that..

If the ₹499 package doesn’t allow for a proper logo design, then it should be clearly communicated upfront. Offering a package at that price without delivering meaningful value feels misleading. Customers deserve transparency about what they’re paying for, and I hope you reconsider how this is presented to future clients.
