simply great! the products are great, really work and super easy to order and friendly support

These truffles are great , having a few friends who all wanted to try , we all thought . . Why not . . We made a pot of tea brewed for around 10 minutes. . The effects were slow to start around 45 minutes but got really interesting around 60minutes. . We put on a movie and the colours and special effects was amazing . It lasted around 3 hours . Everybody that tried said it was great to take as a group , but wouldn't do them on their own . Quite potent.

WOW! we ordered last week and unfortunately due to UPS stealing our packages and taping it back. We ordered again to see if we would receive our order low and behold we sure did as ye put it in a box this time it wasn't ripped open, also ye gave us an extra bag of Kief. Thank u so much we will defo order again!!! ❤️

I ordered truffles to Serbia on 11 january (its 28th) i wrote to canna health amsterdam i wrote to post nl i am getting no answers it says that its at custom for like 7 days already just waiting for police to come to my door

I placed an order on December 14, and since then, I haven’t received any updates about my package. The shipping service, PostNL, is nearly impossible to reach—they don’t even have a proper customer service email, only a chat system that’s always busy. Canna Health’s customer service informed me that delays are due to the holiday season and that there’s nothing they can do to help.

I understand delays during this time of year, but having no news about my package since mid-December is unacceptable. I’ve ordered from other Dutch sites, and their deliveries arrived quickly without any issues.

At this point, I can only give 1 star, but I’m willing to update my review if my package eventually arrives.

I am writing further details here because Trustpilot does not allow me to reply in other comment.

Thank you for your response. While I understand that delays during the holiday season and customs procedures are beyond your direct control, I can’t help but feel that your reply avoids taking responsibility for the situation. Many customers, myself included, are frustrated not only by the delays but also by the choice of PostNL as your shipping partner. PostNL has a significant number of negative reviews, (trustpilot etc) with countless reports of packages never being delivered. If this is a recurring issue, why continue to use them as your courier? Additionally, I can only inquire with my local postal service after PostNL has completed the delivery to the destination country. Since December 14, the tracking status has remained “shipment is ready for transport to the country of destination,” which suggests no progress has been made.

I would also like to clarify that leaving a negative review was not an attempt to speed up the delivery of my order. Instead, it was meant to reflect my genuine disappointment with the lack of updates and the overall experience. Having placed my order on December 14, it is reasonable to expect at least some communication or reassurance regarding its status from PostNL at least.

I hope you can address these concerns and consider improvements to your shipping process in the future.

(Once I have the opportunity to try your product, I would be more than happy to update my review and give 5 stars. However, since I have not received the package—even after more than three weeks—I am unable to do so at this time.)

Honestly the most reliable company I’ve come across in terms of quality and service, always shipped within 24 hours and always next day delivery, I’ve really been enjoying the blunts lately and this is the one place I’ll keep coming back too because I’ve honestly no reason not to, 10/10 would highly recommend to everybody!

The new buds of glory was just about on, I mean just about. Gummies didn't work. THCP is a con. Shop is great and for those who can get benefits from it, go for it. Just did t work for me. 5 days wait to UK for nothing isn't my version of enjoyment.
