Order one thing, received something totally different and they're not willing to refund.

I disagree with all the people who say this is a scam, but it definitely a poorly run company. Yes, the shirts are cheap -- they are print shirts for under $30. What did you expect, Gucci? You get what you pay for.

The order took almost a month to be delivered. They sent a tracking number after a few days, but it didn't work at any point. And the shirts were not all the same material or style, which you can't know from the website.

Still, the shirts look good in person. Just know they are probably disposable cheap shirts that you will be replacing soon, and it will take you forever to get them.

This company is a bait and switch scammer. They send you shirts you don't order and the offer you 20 or 40% off if you keep the shirt which they never refund to you. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

Every bad experience that people have listed is absolutely true. These people are scammers. Same thing with me so I won't bother, just read the others. It's really too bad, because if the were just honest people and using quality fabric and sizes came out right they would be supplying a really awesome product that they could charge more for and would not be thieves, since they will not give your money back. Unfortunately I think they prefer to be thieves, and will just change their name soon.

Same as the others. Received 4 completely different shirts than what was ordered. They offered a 20% discount and I told them no. They countered with a 40% discount if I kept the hideous shirts they sent. They also said I would have to pay for the freight charges if I sent them back. What kind of customer service is that? I'll let Paypal take a whack at them. Stay far away!

My experience was identical to all the other reviews. Waited two months, untrackable shipping, wrong product arrived, very, very poor counterfeit quality. Chinese company with French telephone number "registered" as being in the UK. After several complaints they replied offered me a partial refund to keep the wrong product as a final settlement. I notice they are now running a "clearance sale". I anticipate their website will be gone shortly and they will move on to a new domain. Buyer beware.

After ordering two shirts, the site wrote back twice saying that I had not ordered the shirts but instead had those shirts in my cart still. I distrusted this communication because I had successfully made the order. Then four weeks later I received an email saying the items shipped and would be arriving through some suspect carrier. When I tried to track the order, there was no record of the items being shipped. Over a month out, I have not received anything and the item says there is no record for the shipping even though a tracking number was provided.

At least they are consistent. Same thing happened to me: ordered 4 shirts, got 2 wrong; they offered a 20% discount and I keep the shirts, or I pay for international shipping. Fortunately I purchased through pay-pal with buyer protection. pay-pal will pay for shipping return and give discount if the seller does not.

I ordered a shirt and received no confirmation of my order but my credit card was charged. I reached out to the company and they did confirm they had my order.

The shirt arrived in one month.

It states it is a cotton blend in the ad but the material is polyester or something similar. The shirt is extremely small.

Checking the website it said 14 day returns. Clicking on the return policy on their website it does not go to a return policy page but rather a privacy policy. Reaching out to the company they offered me 20% off which is contrary to what is said on their website.

I also noticed they have Ralph Lauren ad images on their homepage/facebook page which is pretty suspicious.

I wish I had taken a bit more time to research this company but I was very excited about finding the perfect shirt for a gift (or at least thought I had).

They are very poor quality digital printed material - print looks blurry - Stitch is terrible - collars are out of scale with the rest of the shirt. It took over a month for them to arrive.

this business is a scam - they send you the wrong item and it's completely different than what's shown online and then make the return so complicated that it costs more to return than is worth it.

Same experience as others. Took 6 weeks for the shirt to arrive. So ugly I didn't even try it on. Contacted support and they offered me a 20% discount with the benefit that I get to keep the UGLY shirt. When I responded negatively they offered 40% refund or invest in postage to send it back.

I ordered a really cool shirt off of an instagram ad.
About two weeks after they took my money I sent an email to Cankuly customer service to find out where my shirt was. Allina from their Customer Service Center stated that it takes 7-15 working days after it is shipped. She supplied me with a tracking number and it seemed legit when I tracked the package. After exactly a month I received a ridiculous shirt and incorrect size. They sent me a XXL Milwaukee Bucks aloha style shirt. It's UGLY. I have since fired off an email back to Allina in the Customer Service Center stating that I was filing a fraud case with Visa, PayPal and Instagram if this issue does not get resolved. I know it won't but at least it felt good sending the email. I will be opening a case with PayPal and maybe I'll get my money back?

If you check the payment recipient in PayPal you will find the company to be a Chinese farm equipment manufacturer. Once you place an order for items listed as being in stock you will get an email stating that the items are out of stock and that they will be shipped once available. Your order will be stick like this forever.

Contacting client support to cancel an order will result in pleading for you to keep the order and they will tell you how awesome the shirts are and how it is worth the wait. I suspect that they are running out the clock for a refund.

I filed a complaint with PayPal and for my refund within a week.

Phone number is registered in France. No address on web site...now marketing as Cankuly02

Caveat emptor.

I bought a shirt, it was delivered about 10 days later but was the wrong shirt, the wrong size and the wrong material. Cankuly offered a discount I declined they then said I would have to pay to ship it back to China. Raised with credit card company and awaiting refund. Dishonest rogue traders, shirt that was sent was 100% nylon with no labels as required by law of content, flammability and washing etc.

One of those Facebook adverts for shirts, I decided to order a couple to see what the quality was like. Having checked out I got an email saying ‘you left items in your cart’ which I thought was strange but then I remembered how so many folks on YouTube had said this was a warning sign. I got a confirmation of order email but after a week no payment confirmation or dispatch email. I started a case with PayPal and the seller never responded so I was refunded. They don’t answer their emails and the phone number was a french dialling code and the number for the London School of Economics - so all fake. Reading through the website properly I found lots of inaccuracies in spelling and English. Since then 3 more company names with a similar web design selling exactly the same items have appeared.
