I have had multiple dogs tested with this company. I have also called many times and required support or reminders on how to read particular results or question the sample or general IT questions. The staff answering the phone are kind and friendly and very helpful. When the geneticist returned my call, he was extremely helpful in every way imaginable. I would highly recommend paw print genetics and canine health check as they are systemic organization is above all else.

This compamy sent me a false label. So this is a company engage in fraud. I have reported my case to the police. So they are just criminals.

That's a helpful company for the pets and compassionate to animals.

It's been 7 weeks sense I ordered my swabs. And still no results.
The advertisement issued for 2 weeks of less is false advertisement and shouldn't be said.

I can’t even log in to view my results!! And when you call you get a voicemail. When you finally talk to someone it’s some rude women who basically says it’s not her problem and to just wait it out. 5 days ago I called and she told me it could take up to 10 days (which will exceed my 2 week mark for results) when I called back today I got THE SAME answer. Tell me why I spent almost $1000 for a service I can’t even access? I switched from another provider to CHC for what, my money to be thrown away? I am not happy.

So in their reply to me it says all customers were notified and no they were not!! I have several breeder friends who had NO idea either. They’re lying and I shouldn’t have to call and call AND CALL (took 65 calls today) to get any info!! Not to mention tell me how when I was told 5 days ago up to 10 days and then today told the same thing?! It’s a lie and I will be contacting the BBB and any other agency I can if I have to.

I put all my trust in getting back accurate test resuts. I never have to worry with Canine HealthCheck.

I’m a breeder and Canine Health Check gives me the ability to screen all of my breeding and potential breeding dogs. It gives me everything I need in one test.

My go to as a breeder of GSD's. For the number of tests and coat color genetics the cost is more than fair. I always get my results in under 2 weeks as well.

The only thing I wish you showed with the intensity sub loci like embark does. Otherwise definitely more tests and more reliable.

As always results are fast and reports are easy to read and understand. I will use Canine Health Check again.
