Have bought a few dresses from this site. Quality has been excellent, Price is excellent and customer service is excellent.
It’s my go to shop for dresses for specials occasions. Can’t rate them enough 👏👏

I am a first time customer of Canella Lane. I ordered the Piper Detailed Midi Shirt dress in the colour blue. The first thing that struck me was the quality of the dress. The material is just gorgeous. I always prefer when a dress has a built in lining which this dress has. It's just beautifully made. The gold belt buckle on the dress is so decorative and the blue pearl buttons are a lovely touch also.
I'm currently a size 14 and I have to say this dress style is so flattering on my figure/body shape. I instantly felt fabulous in it which is so important when choosing a dress for a special occasion. The delivery was pretty fast also which is brilliant. I have been searching for a dress that is both beautiful but also of really good quality which this dress is!
I'm definitely going to order off Canella Lane in the future! I would highly recommend this business if you are considering making a purchase!

Awful customer service. Very arrogant and unhelpful to deal with. They don't seem to care about their customers. Dresses very cheap quality. Won't be ordering again.

Very disappointed at having to pay €5-6 to return items via An Post as well as having to pay delivery charges. This would turn me off ordering from Canella Lane.

Excellent delivery times and returns are easy.
Also their customer services are extremely helpful if you have any queries.

Canella Lane is too good to be true - only it is true !!! The value and quality of the dresses is unheard of in this day and age - i can honestly say they are one of the best company's ive ever bought from .. delivery is quick and returns are also no hassle (only returned for a different size).. can not wait to buy another stunning dress when the occasion comes up!

I ordered off Canella lane, the dress were beautiful but they just didn’t work! I tried to return it but as I am from the UK the shipping/return label did not work. I contacted the store and waited a day on a response. They asked I text back, so I did and had to wait another day for a response. I have to pay returns for DPD and I am going to pay returns for this parcel again. I am not impressed with how this situation was dealt with and I will not be buying off canella lane again!

Absolutely amazing customer service, I bought a dress last week unfortunately it was a size too big. I WhatsApp messaged them on Sunday got a quick response & I sent back my dress to be exchanged Monday & received my new Dress in a different size today absolutely amazing Service & I’m so happy with my new dress!!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a dress for my nieces wedding I was worried as it was only 36€ but I loved it and so did everyone else they couldn’t believe the price the quality was amazing and was delivered very quick I will definitely use this site again can’t wait for tenner Tuesday

From ordering the dress Tuesday evening to having it delivered to my door Thursday morning, Fast, professional , prompt service, i Had to use their Whatsapp message as i had mistakenly picked the wrong colour, Very prompt Reply back with change of colour updated! Hi I ordered off Canella Lane on Tuesday the 24th I received my package yesterday the 26th . Great service constant updates through email . Was able to contact staff on WhatsApp with a quick response. The products I received are fantastic quality ,colour exactly like on website size guide very helpful. Very professional service would highly recommend buying off the site.

Absolutely chuffed with this irish retailer. Ordered Friday and delivered today,I ordered the Blaire Banded Midi Dress in Berry and it's just absolutely WOW.
