haven’t received my order AGAIN no response or update won’t be ordering again!

I wish I could rate this zero stars. A few days after I ordered from here £7 was randomly taken out of my account by them. After finally receiving my order I discovered that a few products were missing so I decided to contact them twice via website, direct messaged them, commented on their posts and not once did anybody bother responding to me. They could post peoples orders on tik tok and post on insta but couldn’t respond to me? I want my money back and either the missing products get sent to me or i can also get a refund for those. I am so beyond livid with how long i have been ignored for.

placed and order over a week ago and have only just got my tracking number and when trying to contact i had no response

I didn’t get something I ordered and it was replaced with something I could buy from Tesco for way cheaper disappointed and I payed 7 pound for next day and had to wait 3 days

Took about a week to come, half of the stuff wasn’t in it, tried to get in contact twice and got nothing back. They didn’t refund me either.

i ordered 2 bags of 113g takis hot chilli pepper and lime fuego, it had arrived on time but i had received 2 bags of 56g bags. a bit dissatisfied with this. though paying £10 for two small bags plus shipping is quite expensive to be honest

The sweets were so bad I can’t believe it I wasted my money total waste

Unfortunately i bought a mystery box and it was my biggest regret they sent many single sweets it was ridiculous!!! All the sweets I dislike was sent to me as if it was on purpose they’ve put the bad sweets in mystery boxes they were all so hard and sticky i couldnt even eat my sweets spent £50 and gave it all away! Biggest let down never ordering again!!!!
