The cake I bought for my sons birthday at the beginning of June went mouldy days before the use by date mould was growing on the sides of the cake so i had too throw it in the bin waste of money and no cake, I message the company Candy’s Cupcakes and sent photos but still after over two weeks no response.
Do not buy from this company there are much better cake company’s out there who actually provide good quality products and care about their customers experiences.

Amazing and delicious cakes! My husband loved his 1st fathers day treats! Also I am so glad it comes straight to the door! Was nervous about it not coming correctly or the icing had gone everywhere but I can honestly say Candy’s cupcakes wont let you down! Amzing & delicious cakes🎂. Thank you!!

Ordered from Candy’s Cupcakes at least three times now. Have recommended this company to everyone I know. Delicious cakes for everyone! Particularly love the ‘friendly bakes.’ Gluten & Dairy Free! Cakes are soft, tasty & full. Baking is beautiful. All arrive in protective boxes & with ice packs ( in current climate) for aiding freshness. These cakes certainly don’t hang around in our house! Plenty of choice & well worth every penny! Keep up the fantastic baking! Thank you!

Lovely buns, just a shame the delivery wasnt up to par! They were left in one of the sunniest places there was, when there were plenty of other areas without sun!

The cupcakes and the sponge slices where delicious a family treat i will definitely be ordering more i was kept up to date with the delivery as well fantastic service

Good communication when ordering, easy to order. Great to have a vegan option. Nice presentation and delicious.

The cupcakes look great : ) First time buying them and they taste good too. Buttercream is yummy. The only thing would be the tissue paper they come wrapped in took off some of the frosting of the top when opened and wanted to present in the box but the ice pack did dampen the box lid but non the less the cupcakes came in great condition. It was delivered by courier but the the courier wasn't careful with the package as I heard it being dropped by my door but again it was the courier so not at fault. Overall honestly I would recommend, they are colourful, cheerful and great for every occasion. They came cool and fresh with ice pack. `Can't wait to try you Extras...your cake in a jar : )

This was a gift for friends who were poorly. They were delighted with the cake consistency & range of flavours. Will definitely order again if looking for cake by post.

Exceptional, we needed a large quantity of cupcakes at very short notice for a trade event, we also needed a branded design. Candys Cupcakes not only created a bespoke design which was perfect, they were all delivered on time and were an over whelming success at our trade show. Deliciously tasty, looked amazing and a real pleasure to work with with excellent customer service, Highly recommended.

These cupcakes are so nice and they come extremely well packaged. The courier unfortunately delivered the box places down on its side even though it clearly states all over the box which way up it is to be placed! But despite this, the cupcakes still looked great because of the packaging

They arrived safely packed and i was very pleased with them. They were beautifully decorated and tasted lovely and fresh

Very pleased with service. Kept informed regularly regarding delivery to my friend. She in turn was happy with the cookies which were a surprise for her.
