AWFUL! Ordered cupcakes and underneath was all sunken in foil. The cakes looked a mess when they were put on a tray, and was all squeezed in for 24 quid; I would have expected better for the price. I Also ordered 3 cakes in a jar, though they was also dry and tasteless. Personally, not for me, and won’t be buying again. If you want quality and cakes with effort and thought go somewhere else.

I watched the experience from Western Australia! I’d sent the cakes to my daughter’s office in London. Reports are that her work colleagues got stuck into eating the cakes well before she had a chance to take a photo. I sent 30 - one for each year! All of them were eaten on the day. And I received thank you notes from the work colleagues. It was pretty special.

Absolutely fabulous, quite possibly the most perfect cupcakes I have ever had. We managed to eat one a day. for three days and it was difficult not to eat all in one go needless to say I look forward to ordering another box soon.

The cup cakes came wrapped so well, everyone looked amazinig and tased better. We ordered a lot as it was for a wedding cake and the comments of best cupcakes ever was said so much. Thank you they were amazing

Very good with no problems

I love these cakes and even more now that I have their website. Having found them on TikTok, I can now easily order them online and choose a day to receive them. I’ve tried so many flavours but I’ve realised I don’t particularly like chocolate cake. So I’ll stick to the other favourites like toffee and the classic non-chocolate old-school cake. I’ll also give their cake-in-a-box a try. I’m not a huge cupcake fan but I might have to try them eventually.

I live in Australia and bought these as a present for a friend's son in the UK. Not the first time , and won't be the last. He loved them!

Excellent service, was a bit dubious with the weather being so hot, that the cupcakes would arrive safely! They were extremely well packed with freezer packs to keep them from melting. Delivered on time and the box was the right way up. Everyone enjoyed them at grandsons birthday party. All delicious. Thank you

Shocking service. I ordered some birthday cake slices to be delivered to fleetwood ( delivery address ) instead they've been delivered to my address ( billing address ) only im very poorly, didn't get to the door in time, dpd have now gone with the cakes and said they ll re deliver monday!! Contacted candy cupcakes who were most unhelpful saying that my address was the only address they had, impossible when I put the fleetwood address as the delivery address!! Refusing to give a refund and said the cakes will not be attempted to be delivered again!! Nearly £20 down the drain. Been in touch with a bakery in fleetwood and sorted everything with them instead, should of used them first. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Avoid at all costs, terrible company, terrible service and no goods at the end of it!!

Very easy to order as a delightful variety of cup cakes . My mistake for delivery but responded so quickly to my email to correct address and cakes were delivered on time to correct address.My son loved the variety of cakes .

2nd time we've ordered cupcakes from this company for our business, ordering around 200 in total now, and they have been amazing. The staff said they are the best they've ever had. Absolutely recommend!

I've used Candy's Cupcakes often for both cakes and cupcakes - and so when faced with a birthday where the person doesn't eat either of these types of confectionary - I ordered their cookies instead! They arrived within 24hours and look absolutely fantastic. Birthday person was very happy with the choice of flavours - and I appreciate the speedy delivery.
