After no delivery and no response from…

After no delivery and no response from the company I raised a dispute and got the money back. I think the company has gone bust or something has happened as suddenly no one is getting any responses and the website has been taken down now.
Will be gutted I can’t get my winter cote this year!

TOTAL COWBOYS!! AVOID!

TOTAL COWBOYS! Absolutely disgusting company!! do not use EVER!! i have been asking for a refund for clothes i sent back weeks ago and absolutely NO RESPONSE!!! I only live up the road so i will visiting the 'so called' address in Chelmsford i have for them, i will get my refund somehow!!! how are they even allowed to exist!! noticed their website is now closed, no surprise their, the people who were running this place are obviously crap at business and have no idea!

NO REDUND ON RETURN AND BLOCKED ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA! They don’t reply to any messages, I’m owed £30 for a dress I returned and they’ve ignored all my messages and blocked me on social media. I want my money back!

I have never recieved my order.. emailed them and was ignored. I messaged on their Facebook page. My message was read and ignored.. and I was instantly blocked from their Facebook and Instagram pages.
I am currently awaiting a refund through PayPal.

COWBOY COMPANY AVOID!!

Ordered a few items from this so called “business”. The order was missing an item. Emailed them with no response. Emailed again…ignored. Emailed for a 3rd time…totally blanked. So I then messaged the owner direct….again the message was dead with zero response. I see by previous reviews this happens a lot! Who has a business and doesn’t send items ordered or answer customers with complaints. It’s nothing short of theft! Take your money, don’t send the goods then think they can ignore you and get away with it. I have given this cowboy company many chances to rectify this but they have chosen not to. So believe me when I say i am taking this further candy lane and there won’t be a company by the time im finished.

Won't use again

Ordered 2 jackets due to unknown sizing. Returned one and can't get a refund. Have sent a number of chase emails including one showing proof of the return delivery but nothing.

Morgan Baby Blue Blazer.....NOT!!

Ordered a Morgan Baby Blue Blazer on 14 day delivery. After several weeks of emails chasing where my order was a month later a turquoise attentif blazer turns up. Very thin material. Not what i was expecting at all. Paid for dpd next day delivery it was sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. Not sending back because I probably would wait forever for my refund. WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. Family run business. I suggest you try harder and not fob your customers off with wrong items in the hope to get rid of them.

Avoid !! Terrible customer service

Ordered 2 dresses on Sunday 3rd July. Had an email that Sunday saying that my items were due for delivery with DPD on Monday as I’d paid for next day delivery. By Wednesday there were no sign of my dresses & when I checked the tracking with DPD it said they hadn’t even received the parcel from Candy Lane.
I emailed from their ‘contact us’ on Candy Lane, I then left comments under photos on Instagram, Facebook, I messaged on Instagram and on Facebook and only got a message after hounding them. Their customer service is shocking.
Apparently one of the dresses I had ordered was a ‘pre order’ but they didn’t tell me that.. there is also no option for a pre order on the site. In other words they over sold and messed up. My other dress was apparently still in stock though they just hadn’t bothered to send it .. this was Friday by this point. Promised they would send it first thing Monday, it’s now Saturday and still no dress.
I’ve asked twice for tracking numbers for it, I have no proof it’s even been sent. I have to wait days for a response from them and when they do reply they ignore where I ask for proof it’s been sent.

I was talking to two other ladies on one of their Instagram photos who also had the same issues and the comments got deleted … says it’s all.

Avoid at all costs. Posting all day on social media but can’t get back to you about orders you’ve waited over 2 weeks for.

Stunning animal print ladies dress

Stunning animal print ladies dress, one size and fits perfectly.
Quality is excellent, very pleased.
The only negative comment was the postage was £4.50 For next day delivery, it took 6 days and I was starting to get concerned as ordered to wear for a concert.
Overall pleased with the dress and have recommended in my Facebook page.

Shocking customer service
Email telling receive item Tuesday no item no email I emailed asking where my order is no reply’s.

Had issue with another order again several days for a response to be told basically they don’t make mistakes! I messaged on Instagram wall saying I’ve emailed and no reply It was deleted!!! Since writing this review after more ignored emails finally message on Instagram telling me sending Monday. Now Thursday & nothing. No messages no item. Reporting to trading standards Avoid avoid avoid

Shocking company

Blazer delivered one day late.
Poor quality and defo not worth £60.
I sent it back via Royal Mail special delivery.
I waited weeks without a refund, I decided it was best to call them. No phone number.
I emailed- over 1 week for a reply and the customer service was poor.
I had misplaced the receipt and uniquely described what the packaging looked like.
I was ignored.
I found my receipt and till this day I’ve still been ignored.
This was 3 months ago and I’m down over £70.
I had to pay for the blazer, next day delivery and special drill dry back to them.
