Took over 48hours (2 working days) to dispatch order. Tracking information was not detailed enough. Disappointed. As a UK customer used to better service here in UK. Order was for delivery to Ontario address.

Just received an $80.+ order of Payday bars from these people. Turns out the best before date was past. Bars were stale, dry and rank.

Always a TREAT ordering from candy funhouse..one item was broke and they refunded me right now!! Sent a few picture and got my refund.. next time I ordered I got some more and they packaged it so it wouldn’t brake during shipping this time.. good job!!

A fairly large order of product was placed last month (Oct). When we received the white Ding Dongs, there was no expiration date on them. I called up Hostess from the number on the back of the box and the agent informed me that this product was previously frozen and is good for 60 days after the product has been thawed. She said the company shipping the product is responsible to stamping an expiration date and because they failed to do so, she advised me to contact the company and request a replacement or refund. Candy Funhouse refused to do either. They confirmed they were previously frozen but would not offer us a refund or replacement. On the website, the company does not mention this is a frozen product and it also shows clearly that there is a spot for an expiration date and for $13/per box (5 boxes purchased) I expected better service. I will not purchase from this company again. This i not the way to conduct business.

Lots of great products no longer available in Canada.

I tried this place. It's awful. They are some dirty dink place shipping crap old stuff. Taken your money , go shop locally

This has got to be the best place to order candy from. Quick delivery, and great prices.

I paid a premium for the product I ordered and when it arrived about 20% of the packages were crushed and looked like something you would get from the bargain bin at the grocery store. I sent a message and they asked for photos. Sent photos and a few days later they said they were not received. Sent them again. Didn't hear anything back until more than a week later at which point they said they don't cover product that is damaged in transit... Ridiculous in today's world but let's accept that they somehow don't have to treat their customer with respect and can get away with a policy like this. I might put my tail between my legs accept it however the outside box had no issues so if it was damaged in transit it's because it was poorly packed. I think the more likely scenario is because I bought all they had in stock I was sent product that had been set aside due to subpar packaging and they saw a chance to rid themselves of it.

Had an excellent experience with first time online purchase! Wasn’t sure how it would go; ordered chocolate during heat wave (not the best idea on my part) and it came packaged with cool packs and shipment came much earlier than anticipated. Was very pleasantly surprised to see that some care was put into this order. Will be ordering our favourite candy again soon! Oh and they had my favourite kind of Ritter Sport that I could not find anywhere in local stores anymore. Highly recommend!!!

I have ordered a few times from them and have had nothing but great products packed very well in a timely manner. I am using them regularly now 😊

If I could give it less than one star I would. Bought it for a birthday present. Was promised quick delivery on the website and it took two weeks to ship. Almost half of the order was 'unavailable' after I had paid for it. Candy was dumped in a box and shipped. Not worth the money, don't let their flashy website fool you. When I complained, there was no offer to resolve the situation.

This company is great to deal with! I was nervous at first after reading reviews and it made me think twice about my order but they helped me with a minor issue and were very nice about it so I gave them a shot. I got every item in my package in perfect condition. It showed up a little bit after a week from placing the order and I couldn't be happier. Definitely take a shot on this company and make your own judgment, they are fantastic! Everything looks so good, the only issue you will have is picking what to eat first! Great selection of candy too.

I originally ordered on June 3. I have just received a shipment (partial) today, June 24, and I wanted to note that the way the box was packed, the chips/crackers were all crunched.

2-3 day delivery timeframe is what I would be expecting as a consumer of this type of service. And I would be expecting the end product to be presentable in both packaging, as well as the product itself being in one piece on arrival. Last but not least, not having to wait 3 weeks for a delivery that should have taken no more than 3 days. Especially for product that for the most part, I could jump in my car and buy them at the nearest store.

Partial delivery was shipped so I email them about the candy that was not in the package, and they refunded me for the missing candy along with the value of the crushed chips/crackers. I have to say that I was impressed that they took initiative to facilitate my refund right away.

Changing my review to 3 stars, simply due to the 3 week delivery time-frame. If they fixed the delivery window, I would consider purchasing again.

They have a large selection of candies and snacks. It might take a few extra days if they have many orders but that is no worry at all, keep that in mind if you need something for a certain day. I received my ordered perfectly and everything was great.

Overpriced, stale product. No refunds given. I would never order from them again.

i order 5 items. 3 expired last month!!!! what a joke. order didn't ship out for 2 weeks. scam and waste of time

It took 5days for my order to be packaged and shipped out. One item ordered was no longer available, bummer but I got a refund on that. The delivery took 1day. Total of 6days from ordering to delivery. Good prices on this site, good customer service, no complaints from me. Not sure why others are experiencing difficulties.. I live in Ontario, the warehouse it shipped from was in Mississauga.

I absolutely love ordering from Candy fun house! The variety is great with new products every week - there's something for everyone here. Communication is good, orders are processed quickly and packed well, and always arrive on time. One of my favourite places to shop online!
