Informed over half of order wasnt sent on day it arrived.
Got a notification that C&R Wax Flakes were back in stock after weeks of waiting, ordered within 30 mins of notification along with some CLP's I needed and some fragrance that was on offer. Ordered on 28/1. Dispatch notification email arrived 2/2. Email to notify me that none of the CLP labels had been sent came in on 4/2, two days after dispatch. Email to notify me that the wax hadnt been sent came in today, 5 days after dispatch and 10 days after I ordered! Parcel arrived less than an hour after email arrived. Why wasnt I informed when the parcel was despatched or before???? Why wasnt I offered an alternative? I would have cancelled the order and not bothered as the CLP and Wax were the only items I actually needed, what has arrived wasnt even worth the postage I paid. Less than half of what i ordered has actually arrived and it was the items i didnt actually need. Considering I was desperate for it, it then took 6 days to be despatched and another 6 days to actually arrive the fact i wasnt informed that over half the order wasnt being sent on the day it actually arrived is unacceptable! No response to FB messages and emails coming back as undeliverable. Will be ordering elsewhere. Unimpressed.

Extremely weak fragrance oils
I found the fragrance oils to be extremely weak. Certainly not what i was expecting giving other customer feedback on here. Weak both from taking the lids of the bottles, to made up in products, cured and tested. I wouldn’t purchase again.
The speed on shipping the product was second to none though. Super quick. Unfortunately the fragrance oils were just not up to par.

Terrible Fragrance Oils and Disgusting Customer Service !
Bought a rather large fragrance oil order. The scents, compared to other companies, are >>very<< weak. Immediately requested to return the items but was told that they don't accept Fragrance Oil returns as per their Terms & Conditions ! So much for their own statement ;
'At Candlestuff Supplies our goal is to make your online shopping experience enjoyable as possible. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase.'
Waste of £80+ !!!!! 😡😡

Yes this is correct - we do accept returns on all products apart from fragrance oil. The reason for this is we can not guarantee they have not been tampered with, this information is also in our T&C.
However, you can sell our oils on our Facebook destash group if you are not satisfied.

Fantastic oils
Fantastic oils
Provide a strong scent throw on hot or cold wax. Blends with the wax really well and cure time only enhances the scent. Service is quick and customer service is excellent. I use a few suppliers and would rate Candle Stuff in my top two.

I’ve just started buying from Candle Stuff. Even at the busiest time of the year they’re amazingly quick with dispatch and deliveries.
I’ve given up on my other suppliers as it’s taking them ages to get stuff out.

Missing order
We ordered 2 x 5L hand and body wash for our business last wednesday 23rd Nov 22 as yet we have not recieved the order, we have called Candle stuff on numerous occasion and have left messages but no one has bothered to call us, we are about to cancel payment through our card and out iof sheer frustration I am posting this.

All oils have different densities so we use bigger bottles to ensure every gram fits in the bottle. This does make the bottles look 3/4 full but we can assure you that the oil inside is exactly (or over) the amount you ordered.

Fantastic products
