Took payment never sent items, ignored all communication. Do not buy from Candle Factory you will not receive the goods and you will not get your money back.

This is a joke they have taken my money and so many others. We have to look into this further and get our money back this is not okay and should not be ignored

£60 for two advent calendars.....gone, complete fraud

This is a SCAM do not use them we have lost £230 pounds ordering Yankee Candle sets - I have tried to contact no reply and no Yankee Candle sets........been warned this is a scam company.

Scam site. Won't send you your item. Lost £30 to them.

As with everyone else, we ordered Yankee candle gift sets and got a dispatch text. Waited 3 weeks and nothing. Filled out the online contact us form and heard nothing. Email sent and still nothing. I hate to say it but I feel we’ve been done over. Low life scum!!

Same experience as others. Placed order for nearly £50 in November, still not received it. Website said orders dispatched within 24 hours!
No replies to emails and of course, just noticed today that the website no longer exists

Please don't use these theives website i got caught out to they stole fifty pounds of my money. Nothing i can do about. Absolute scum these people!!!!

Scam! Do not order from them. I am waiting for my order for over a month I e.mail them and of couse with no answer.

Same as the others on here, ordered mid Nov, no reply from emails. Can't believe I've been done over. As if things aren't bad enough there are people out there doing this sort of thing. Fuming.

Ordered 2 Yankee candle gifts sets from this company. Was told they had been dispatched on November 21st and have not received anything. When I tried to email them to ask about delivery, tracking no etc I have not had any answers at all. Obviously a scam. Please do not use this company. It’s disgraceful to take nearly £50 from me. I am so angry with this company.

Scammers !!! Placed my order and received a text message to say my order would be dispatched. Wanted to check when and clicked on link and gone! The number the text is from is not recognised! I used my Pockit card so not sure if I came claim back really disappointment and wish I checked here first

Paid for item almost 3 weeks ago, bought as birthday present, emailed them yesterday and heard nothing, now when I click on the link in email it says the webpage doesn't exist!! Almost £30 of my hard earned money down the drain!!! Absolute crooks

Same as all the rest ordered the Yankee advent calendar. Now reading these reviews realise why my order hasn’t arrived and their not returning emails!! What’s worse this website is still open for it to happen to others too!!

I have now reported this to the Action Fraud team- I would ask everyone to do this , it takes 5 minutes to complete the form on line and the more people that do this the bigger chance this fraudster gets his comeuppance (10/12/20)

I placed 2 orders for advent calendars for my family, money taken but totally ignoring emails - obviously a scam. I have raised this as a dispute, I have checked companies house and showing as trading. How he can live with himself taking peoples money fraudulently and made worse after the year we have all endured

My mother ordered yankee candles for xmas, her experience is the same as everyone else here, took the money, no real tracking details sent, no response to emails sent over the course of a month. Obviously a scammer, the site should be taken down and the owner prosecuted if he is in fact stealing peoples money. No good can come from stealing from people like this, they should place their focus on something that doesn't effect others negatively. Setting up a site with the intention of allegedly scamming people is a really low level thing to do.

Very disappointed that I fell for this scam on this fake website. As with others here, placed an order back in November for an advent calendar and candles. Didn't receive - even after following up on multiple occasions and requesting a refund. Had to contact credit card company and reported the company (GLENNON TRADING LIMITED) to trading standards through the online form. Have now fortunately received my money back. Really horrible that the owner Gerard Glennon feels entitled to scam innocent people at Christmas. I hope that others similarly affected are able to get their monies returned. I hope that this website gets shut down by Trading Standards. Please avoid and do NOT send Gerard your money.

Placed an order back in November, they took payment. But never sent the item. Had emailed them to see if they could help me to track the item. But no one emailed backed. When i found them on facebook. a couple of people had commented and thats when i found out that they are a scam company. They take your money but don't send the good. Contacted Action fraud and reported them. Others need to do the same
