Lifetime warranty not honored, false advertising, Candacois resells EELHOE cream at high price

I purchased the EELHOE double eyelid shaping cream from Candacois, an online company based in London, UK, shipped from China to Canada, product made in China. The total price was $39.99 plus $6.95 shipping. The product was advertised with a lifetime warranty.
After testing the cream, it did not perform as described. When I requested a refund under the warranty, Candacois refused a full refund and offered only 30%, claiming the product was opened. Testing the product requires opening it, so this contradicts the advertised lifetime warranty.
I also discovered the same product is sold on Aliexpress for under $10, showing Candacois resells it at a significant markup while promoting misleading warranties.
I have contacted my bank, which has intervened and issued a temporary credit while investigating the transaction.
Their website does not allow customer reviews, limiting transparency.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing from Candacois.
