Terrible to deal with I purchased 3 bottles for my French bulldog 90 day course 29 days later back into my credit card for £39.00 at 3am in morning I immediately sent a message before the product was shipped 12 hours later I get a message to say they can’t cancel payment absolute scam I wanted to see if the product worked on my dog before re ordering but canbloom took the payment and won’t refund so my advice is to read the small print as the product doesn’t work

Ordered 6 months worth of this product 10 days ago. Still not arrived. Customer services not massively helpful.
Prompted by another reviewer, I thankfully checked my account and they had added a monthly subscription being charged at £118.00! I have, after MUCH difficulty and persistence, I believe, managed to cancel the subscription so a big shout out and thank you to the person who alerted me to this.
I can't yet comment on the actual product, however, as it is still in transit from China. I am now concerned about the quality of the product and feel I am not happy giving it to my dogs. A total waste of time and money.

Cancelled the automatic subscription that I didnt ask for but they then sent further stuff and charged my card £40. Contacted as soon as I was notified of the order but claimed they cannot cancel or refund. Canbloom have now contacted, apologised for their mistake and have refunded the charge.
