I ordered a product online to be…

I ordered a product online to be delivered to Lanzarote. I colelctde it on Thursday and only had time to open the box today (Saturday) . It looked like it had previously been returned. One part looked damaged. I contatced the customer service via whatsapp. I had to translate all their messages to reply and they kept cutting me off saying I didn't answer quick enough. I explained the situation, but they have no manners or respect. I was told I had to return the product within 48 hours, meaning I had to rush the product back to the shop today!!! I phoned instead and spoke to someone in English. He asked me to send photos and this I did immediately. The case is logged. I asked him to confirm in wriitng that I didn't need to take the product back today, but got no answer. The product ahs been unused and has been sealed back in the box. I will never order from this company again.

If you want trouble buy at Canarias MediaMarkt

I bought a washingmachine which were damaged on delivery. The delivery company took pictures and said MediaMarkt would contact me for a replacement or repair. For 2 weeks I didn't hear anything and I contacted them and they asked me to take some pictures and send in same day. After another 4 weeks and several email they now tell me that I was too late with the complain so nothing to do....

Compré una lavadora que llegó dañada. La empresa de reparto tomó fotos y me dijo que MediaMarkt se pondría en contacto conmigo para ofrecerme un reemplazo o reparación. Durante dos semanas no recibí noticias, así que me puse en contacto con ellos y me pidieron que les enviara fotos ese mismo día. Tras otras cuatro semanas y varios correos electrónicos, ahora me dicen que presenté la reclamación demasiado tarde y que no hay nada que hacer...

In Side Logistics

In Side Logistics - lazy and unprofessional! Why do Mediamarkt and Worten use this horrible company?!
They called me last night at 18:20, telling me they would be at my home the next day between 09:00-15:00. They never showed up, and Mediamarkt is telling me, they can see the item is not even out for delivery!!!
Also, it said 15 days delivery, now it's 19 days!!

Can't fault it

I ordered meta ray-ban last Saturday afternoon online. I believe the store is in Lanzarote? I'm in Fuerteventura. It's notoriously difficult to get deliveries here so I didn't hold out much hope. Tuesday 1.30, 3 days later they were delivered my Seur.
I've read some very negative reviews about mediamkt and Seur. This has not been my experience so a 10/10 for the service.
