The RV was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for the trip. It comfortably fit five adults — the layout was efficient, and we never felt cramped. There was a bit of confusion due to inconsistent information on the website about the bed setup and vehicle length, but overall, the RV met our expectations and worked great for our journey.

Unfortunately, we encountered a single but significant issue that forced us to cut our trip short by an entire day. The furnace in our rental did not function from the outset, leaving us without heating. We reached out to Roadside Assistance, hoping to find a solution, only to be repeatedly told that no one from their team could help, as it would require intervention from the main office team. Being the weekend, however, the office was closed, leaving us completely stranded in the cold.
