We pulled up and were greeted and 10 minutes later we were on our way after a short inspection.

Had no vehicle issues during our 3 weeks, that was nice. Good people to work with at the Leduc, ab location

Staff was informative, the RV is nice and clean. Charges for different items were clearly listed. The only thing that wasn't very clear was that the system would suppose the payer for the rental would also be the driver, which at last we needed the staff to help fix it during check-in. Overall is was a smooth experience.

This is our second time renting in Edmonton. Pickup and drop off days are really well organized. This means a lot when we fly in and fly out and the flight schedules are coordinated with pick up and drop off times. . The RV was new and everything ran perfectly

Excellent service from the online booking to the pick-up and drop-off. Enjoyed my time with the deluxe camper van over my 2 week camping trip, no issues or complaints.

Hi, we found the whole experience from start to finish fantastic. Contacting Canadream from Ireland before we arrived with questions etc was great. Fast response every time. The RV was everything and more met our expectations no end. The only downside was the orange wifi we rented for 100 cad ran out same day. It would be great if you got a better deal for the customers. Thank you Canadream for a great service

When i went to book the unit , they made it clear that i was getting a small RV which i wanted. But they still would not send me a picture of it . I got a truck camper instead. I made it very clear that i wanted the unit for 3 days , one girl says minimum 5 days some other girl says minimum7 days. I will never rent there again and i am putting it on face book that they are a rip off

First time renting a motorhome. Trevor was a great help in helping us see the different floor plans in January and making our initial booking. When the day came for the pick-up, we were very impressed by the cleanliness. Jassleen walk us through the motorhome and sent us on our way. Leaving Edmonton we stayed the first night in Red Deer and found 3 deficiencies. We were able to stop in at the Calgary CanaDream location where everything was fixed plus we received extra service of clean tanks and change of towels. My wife and I were back on the road to the mountains within an hour! The service and friendliness of everyone from pick-up to return was superior. At Tunnel Mountain Village 2 it was fun to see all the CanaDream RV's. All in all this was a great holiday experience.

Unit received was prepped and very clean. Check-in and check-out process very simple,straight forward and quick! Would definitely rent from Canadream again.

We were told there would be an electric coffee maker in the motor home. Had a French press. Not impressed.
Brought back early, and had called to cancel our late drop off. But was not refunded our 100.00.

Great people to deal with.
Very happy with service.

Although we rented a car at a counter, the receptionist was very enthusiastic and processed our lease quickly.

Over all good experience, some things did not work on are rental like no hot water when using propane, some usb ports did not work. For RV rental beginners like use the reading of black and grey water was worrisome, when checking gages with always read 2/3 full.

The idee to move a camper from Toronto to Halifax is excellent. The guidance from airfield to Hotel lacked.
Also the guidance from hotel to Canadream lacked, very anoying.
The delevring in Elmsdake at 0 am was far to soon.
Therefor we lost a day. Delevering at 16 pm shoold be more practical.
It would have been sensible when we had the choice to a bigger RV

Rented an RV for a 7 day, 5000+ km road trip to the US during Christmas. The RV was well-equipped, with clear instructions on how to use all of the on-board systems, and kept our family warm, safe, and comfortable. The staff was courteous at pick-up and drop-off. Will gladly rent from Canadream again. Overall great value.

The vehicle was just what we wanted: up to date, functional and clean. The teams in Edmonton and Calgary were welcoming and extremely helpful. We’ll use CanaDream again.

I have rented 2 beautiful motor homes through your Edmonton location, the first time for my Beautiful Aunt that had been rocked with a terminal brain cancer diagnosis and she was able to dip her toes in the clear mountain water one last time. Such an AMAZING easy experience to be able to make this happen with your wonderful, caring team of people! I will be forever grateful!!!! The second to travel with my immobile 94 year old grandmother so she could attend her brothers funeral in Saskatchewan. AGAIN, such a wonderful, easy experience to make this happen!! I honestly cannot rave enough about you guys!!! My family is grateful, I am VERY grateful and cannot wait to book through Trevor again! Hopefully for just a relaxing holiday, but either way, will be raving to everyone and anyone about how helpful, caring, and amazing Canadream is for ALL your travel needs. Quick solution to water pump problem.
Suggestion for improvement: We have ordered a coffee machine. However, this machine was far too big for 2 persons. Also, this machine could not be stowed away, so this was a hurdle in the campervan. It was a pity that the two seats in front of the van could not be turned around (as was shown in the video). Albeit we very much enjoyed driving in the campervan.
