The friendly and welcoming staff made using Canadream a breeze. Jasleen patiently answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns. The unit was clean and ready to go on time. Our responsibilities were clearly outlined and we felt confident in our ability to use all the features the Deluxe Van offered. We were so happy with everything we are going again next month!

Unit was clean and ready for me. The only downfall is that they have no parking on site to leave your vehicle, so you have rely on someone to take you there and pick you up. It is very expensive to have them deliver to you.

Staff was informative
Staff was informative, the RV is nice and clean. Charges for different items were clearly listed. The only thing that wasn't very clear was that the system would suppose the payer for the rental would also be the driver, which at last we needed the staff to help fix it during check-in. Overall is was a smooth experience.
