We had a great family vacation with 6 adults in a MAX Plus. Two of the beds were quite uncomfortable but we did find room to sleep six comfortably. The vehicle was in decent shape with a few minor issues, leaking pipes under sink and grey water backing up. There was plenty of storage. We checked in as soon as the email arrived and still only found very early times for drop off! So you loose a day as pickup is in the afternoon and drop off in the morning. We found some fees above the cost of rental a bit extreme - toaster, early check in, late drop off, coffee maker, etc. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very efficient and friendly service
Very efficient and friendly service. RV was excellent. Staff at drop off point even took extra time to take apart sofa temporarily to get at some cards that we had lost. Would definitely recommend and use company again.

The lady that showed as the vehicle and explained everything to us was very nice and made us feeling completely comfortable. So she was the one at the desk in Calgary where we delivered the RV. She made the check out process very easy and smooth and was very nice and professional.

Nobody is waiting
Since our flight was delayed, we couldn't pick up the camper on the scheduled day. We couldn't understand why no one from Canadream was waiting for us; as a result, we had to book a hotel unexpectedly, and our first campsite reservation was forfeited.

Very good RV
Very good RV, no problems during the journey, quick and helpful check-in and professional (industrial like) check-out.
Attention: The deposit with credit card is very expensive, because CanaDream withdraw the money (5.000$!) and gives it back after the rental time - so 2x50,- or more Can$ expenses are incurred for the renter. That´s unnecessary, because taking a place on the credit card would be sufficient and much cheaper for the customer!!

We hired a truck camper
We hired a truck camper from Cana Dream for 8 nights in July this year and had the best experience. Communication before and during our time in Canada was great. Pick up and drop off were very efficient and smooth. We loved the truck camper. It was very comfortable and big enough for the two of us. The condition of the camper was very good despite being a few years old, it had only minor wear and tear. The truck was very new. The kitchen equipment was a bit disappointing compared to what we had in other rentals. We would definitely rent from Cana Dream again and can highly recommend this company for your Canada adventure
