Ordered a pump from Canadian spa for…
Ordered a pump from Canadian spa for £350. When I received it, it was broken. I sent an email straight away to state this and somebody called me to give me a returns number to put on the box and send back. Which i did. I still haven’t received my refund and this was 2 weeks ago. When contacting Canadian spa they said because I don’t have a tracking number they can’t refund me and they arnt aware of any return. I am devastated as this is a lot of money. I will be taking this further.

Perfect Replacement Hot Tub Lid.
Perfect Replacement Hot Tub Lid.
Lid arrived quickly and was well packed to prevent damage in transit.
Lid is a perfect fit for my 203 cm diameter Aspen Joy hot tub. Really like that it slopes to allow drainage of rain water.
The skirt is a decent depth and completely covers the rim of the hot tub.
I would definitely buy another lid from here.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
It was agreed that Canadian spa would organise to shut down my spa for the winter months which they did. We agreed a price for the Spring start up. Initially they quoted a very high new price but once I showed them an email confirming the agreed price they said they would honour our agreement, After a few weeks and various emails they reneged on our understanding as they couldn’t get an engineer for our agreed price even though they took my payment- I have arranged my own Spring start up with another company which has cost £30 more than their original agreed price with Canadian Spa. Very poor customer service

FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM THE REDHILL BRANCH
What an absolute pleasure to find such a caring company.
From start to finish the staff could not have been more helpful.
We went to look at a sauna and Xavier talked us through all of the information required.
They were so helpful and I recommend this company. We will be back for a hot tub once we have saved!
